We just went through the drive-thru and ordered six tacos. There was mass confusion when paying for our order. We realized we only were given for tacos and went back in to ask for the two tacos and they insisted they gave us 6 and wouldn't give us the tacos. The manager who was a large gentleman was very rude and insisted we were trying to steal. Terrible customer service this manager needs to learn how to be a manager

I just left from ordering food and this it the fourth time ive order a bacon buttery jack and received a classic buttery jack. Idk if the menu in the drive thru does don't match the ordering system inside, but its getting quite silly. I just want a buttery jack man ;-; I don't want to waste anymore money on a burger im not gonna eat.

I ordered online, and when I walked in to pick it up, they started talking bad about people who ordered online. I was sitting at the front table where it's pretty obvious that I can hear them, and the team lead joined in, and gave me attitude when I had gotten my food. Not really worth coming back to unless they change staff.

I recently visited Jack in the Box and encountered several issues. Unfortunately, I found hair in my burger, and the kitchen floor was covered in grease and leftover fries, which raised concerns about cleanliness. However, I must commend the staff for their professionalism—they were respectful, promptly apologized, and refunded my entire order. While the experience was disappointing, I appreciate the way the situation was handled and hope improvements will be made to prevent similar issues in the future.

*** 4 Years Later—yet another horrible experience. More than 20 minutes in the drive thru. Forgot one of our items again. We ordered 3 meals and it cost us over $40!! Why?! Had to go inside to get our other item, then the bag ripped. Won’t ever be back***. Took a long time to get our food. They forgot one of our items and it seemed like only two of the employees knew what was going on.
