I ordered online, and when I walked in to pick it up, they started talking bad about people who ordered online. I was sitting at the front table where it's pretty obvious that I can hear them, and the team lead joined in, and gave me attitude when I had gotten my food. Not really worth coming back to unless they change staff.

I go in to this jack in the box 4-5 times a week about 400-500$ a month and do to a miscommunication and a combative attitude of an employee I am no longer welcome there any more

I recently visited Jack in the Box and encountered several issues. Unfortunately, I found hair in my burger, and the kitchen floor was covered in grease and leftover fries, which raised concerns about cleanliness. However, I must commend the staff for their professionalism—they were respectful, promptly apologized, and refunded my entire order. While the experience was disappointing, I appreciate the way the situation was handled and hope improvements will be made to prevent similar issues in the future.

*** 4 Years Later—yet another horrible experience. More than 20 minutes in the drive thru. Forgot one of our items again. We ordered 3 meals and it cost us over $40!! Why?! Had to go inside to get our other item, then the bag ripped. Won’t ever be back***. Took a long time to get our food. They forgot one of our items and it seemed like only two of the employees knew what was going on.

I have loved Jack in the Box forever. BUT
I just experienced watching someone punch Aaron in his rude, crude mouth. BUT worse than that, I just went back in there and Aaron is STILL working there. Another employee was falsely fired for Aaron's actions. Corporate should be called immediately in this situation. This is not how OUR Jack in the box is run. If Aaron is not fired over this, I will make it my mission to make sure that everybody knows what happened. Please fix this problem immediately...
