Ive heard great things about Julios. So we went for Valentines Dinner. I was so sadly disappointed, we ordered the Steak and Lobster a little pricey at 45 per person. The Lobster was delicious but really small 3 bites it was gone and the Steak I ordered Medium rare came cold and Raw. Oh and it took 1 and 20 mins to get our food after I order was taken. I rarely complain about any meal at any establishment. But at 45 per person on a special night like Valentines I expected it to be a better experience. I don't see a reason to go back.

I question this location and the people who enjoy it. When me and my mother were here we were hoping for a fine-dining. The "Calamari" we ordered as a appetizer... was the equivalent to some petty frozen fish sticks in my opinion. Customer-support was... reasonable. The only redeeming thing about 'Julio's' is it's magnificent steak glazing. The scalloped potatoes we had also received with our entree were cold. Although this was my only time at this location... It left a bad impression on me and my mother. We will not be going back. The prices are outrageous for this vile "consumable" monstrosity.

There food is so good. Had the Salmon. It was the best. The staff is great.

The ambience is really lacking here. Bright headlights from cars coming and going kept shining into my face throughout dinner. Too many tables crowded into a tiny, tiny room. Rather stark atmosphere. We were seated right next to the door where the waiter comes and goes out of the kitchen. Now to the food. My husband got the rib eye, which had way too much garlic on it. I had the Beef Tournedos. Both of us had to spit out several bites of our meat due to gristle. We spent over a hundred dollars for two entrees and we each had a glass of wine, so we feel it is over-priced for the quality of the food and the ambience. It was very disappointing.

The customer service was fantastic and friendly. I felt welcome the moment I walked in. I would definitely recommend the coconut prawns and the house salad, even the dressing was good. I didn't care so much for the crab bisque, a bit thin and a tad to fishy for my liking. I will definitely keep this on my list of to go back. Enjoy

We had an overall terrible experience with the food... from the bread to the starter to the entree. Cold, rare, burnt, too much garlic. Food that was supposed to be cold was hot and our hot food was refrigerator cold. It was our first time there and we were extremely disappointed. My husband took his steak to go so he could cook it at home because it was completely raw. I even noticed that the server never asked us how our food was. It was strange and terribly disappointing.

My husband enjoyed his shrimp with red sauce and fettuccine noodles. I had the mushroom ravioli. I'm not sure they were mushroom. They were filled with spinach. I couldn't discern a mushroom flavor at all. There lots of big round raviolis, with lots and lots of sauce! Way too much sauce about 1-2 cups for about 10 ravioli! My salad was also drenched with a glob balsalmic dressing. The bread was more like a dense biscuit. Good but not the kind of bread to dunk in my boatloads of sauce. Service was fine. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but with their prices we probably won't go back for a long time.

Awesome service, and really good patty melts, There dinners are also very good. Prices good, maybe a little to high for one glass.
