I was very impressed with this KFC. It's very clean, the service was great, and the food was KFC delicious! The thing that really got me was the presentation of the food on the tray. It was nicely laid out on a faux wooden tray. Instead of just having the food thrown on the tray, it was nicely laid out with the flatware and napkins. It was a very nice touch.

Don’t pull into the drive thru unless you’re willing to sit there however long it takes (forever) because there’s no way to turn around, pull off or leave the drive thru once in it. Don’t expect the person operating the drivethru to know what they’re talking about because they absolutely will not. And do not expect any sympathy from the manager when none of the food you ordered is available and you have to leave with a refund after spending 20min in the drivethru expecting a hot meal. Not only am I never going here again, the experience I had here has ensured I will never visit another KFC location ever… KFC is very nostalgic to me but clearly has gone down the drain.

It was such a great atmosphere, Mel was so amazing , while I was waiting on my order she would ask me if I was okay if I needed anything she even went as far to bringing me a hot fresh biscuit with butter an honey, then she even helped me carry my stuff out to my car. KFC is lucky to have such a wonderful nite crew staff . They were very polite I will definitely be going back.

I got food poisoning from them yesterday Should've listened to my instincts when the drive thru was taking unusually longer than a fast food place should and the biscuits were still raw and the food came out hot and fresh as if it was raw and rushed due to the volume of people in line. Be careful eating here.

I ordered mashed potatoes as a side and was given a container of only gravy, i asked for ranch and honey mustard and was given neither, I bought a combo and wanted a fountain drink, tap water with ice, but was offered a nasty tasting dasanti bottled purified water. I went through drive thru, so found out after I got home. This store is incompetent. I want my money back. Don’t go there.

The other day I stopped in and got a 2 piece lunch.
Sadly, the chicken didn't taste like it used to and I didn't eat all of it.
