I have to admit the food was pretty good, But it wasn't $40 a plate good out the door For a small fish and chips a beer and a pecan.

Absolutely love this building. The server we had was eager to help, but did forget to bring our sodas. I ordered my burger medium well and it definitely came rare. I was able to eat the majority and of course it tasted wonderful, however if you are sensitive to these lesser cooked meats I would definitely order well done. I had the elk burger with french fries.

The other thing to note is that when we first got there they were hardly anybody in the room but as the room filled up on a Sunday morning it became very difficult to hear while talking. We have had that experience previously when the entire room is filled. I think it's just part of the charm of the building but something to be aware of if you're trying to have a conversation or a meeting.

We love it there and will continue to go back.

Been going there since they opened. Our group was very disappointed they discontinued the St. LOUIS RIBS. They have been very good. We will be going to Red's in Carson City in the future. We have put up with the grumpy old man/hostess way too long.

Great local family dining with many menu options to choose from. The fish and chips provide large ortions and the sweet potato waffle fries were delicious. Burgers are very big and meaty. I also enjoyed the salmon bowl with healthy green options. Reservations recommended between 5-7m as this is a popular family spot.

Such poor quality food.
Absolutely the worst hamburger buns and the staff agrees. We started ordering the burgers without buns.
Have had at least 20 burgers and always order medium rare and they always comes out well done.
Fish and chips tastes like fried breading.
Brussel sprouts are good.
Ribs are mediocre and usually dry.
Nothing on the menu is exceptional and most all items are just not tasty.
We eat there because their aren't many choice in gardnerville but i think it's off our list permanently.

The salmon bowl was delicious, super flavorful. We also had the Krispy shrimp that were amazing. Service was excellent, our servers name was Tennessee and he was the icing on the cake for our date night. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We went for brunch on a Saturday. It wasn't too crowded. They offer a unlimited Mimosa and Bloody Mary deal. The service was friendly and fun. They sang happy birthday to a neighboring table and it was a sweet rendition.
