Wow. Fantastic food made with care. Had the beef pho and vermicelli with broiled chicken egg rolls and pork. Super delicious

This is our 3rd time ordering “To Go” from Pho Chopstix of Gardnerville, and the order was again incorrect, (Despite the employee reading back my to-go order while placing over phone). Also, Portions have become smaller and less flavorful. Also, they fail to provide a receipt even when asked. We will not return to this establishment in the future. We will go to Hunan instead.

Save your receipt and check your bank account charges after eating here. This place stole from me by adding in their own tips. Very shady thing to do, especially when your establishment is not busy at all. I hope this review will discourage others from eating there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I love pho so it’s really hard for me to not like it, but this was the blandest pho I’ve ever had. Broth tasted like it was made in minutes not hours. No depth of flavor. Also, no Thai basil and no lime. Disappointed for the price.

Had the brisket and rare beef pho. The meat was very chewy almost hard to eat. It was likely old/overcooked. The broth was subpar, it could of been more flavorful. The egg rolls were really good.

Very tasty food! The best is chicken chow mein and lettuce wraps. Other than that their food is good and service is pretty fast.

Staff/Ownership is unpleasant, and frankly, rude. Gave them 2 or 3 shots. Refuse to patronize businesses like that.

Have come here multiple times on my way to and from Mammoth. Delicious every time. The rare beef pho is flavorful and the noodles are a good consistency - tastes fresh. Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee are yummy. Extensive menu with lots of Chinese and Vietnamese options. Large dining space with plenty of seating. Locally owned with great quick service. Well priced. Overall really enjoy stopping here on a long car ride!

The food is delicious, especially when the temperature is low. Shrimp Pho is my usual, but the shrimp chow mein was good too.

Delicious food- had the Tofu Vietnamese noodles and the pork/egg roll vietnamese noodles. Fast, friendly service, comfy booths with a view of the mountains.

Vegetarian options: Tofu was particularly delicious!

Terrible service and not happy to see you if you are not the correct skin tone if you know what I mean. Something changed recently, it used to be an awesome place.

If you come here the bun bowls are very good, particularly the tofu bowl. Also the pho is good, really nice delicate broth. Service is pretty bad though like 60% of the time. The meat is a bit questionable
