Pizza Hut

So much for contactless curbside pickup. My wife went to get pizza, and hit the “I’m here” button to signal that they are supposed to bring out the order. They had the car details and all. I called to see what the hold up was after 40 minutes of waiting, and it took 15 minutes for them to even pick up. Once they picked up, someone else from the store called me, while on the phone with the other person. Instead of communicating the message that the pizza was ready and apparently my wife needed to come inside, he just put me back on hold. After 6 more minutes of that, I gave up. My wife went inside and got the pizza; it had been in the warmer and ready for some time. Never going back.

Pizza hut is my absolute favorite go to for pizza. I called in and it was ready right when they told me it was. Pizza was made perfect!

Veggie pizza is the only way to go! Breadsticks are good too.

Personally the service was great but I got really sick after my first time having a pizza here. Turns out I just can't eat greasy food.

Terrible communication on the phones. Drastically delayed delivery time, and poor attitudes. 1 star

If you say you want half & half, they have no problem with it. They are NOT stingy with toppings

I ordered online and they told me 10-20 minutes which would give me a pickup time of 4:45-4:55. I arrived at 4:55 and they told me it would be a few more minutes. They did not give me my pizza until 5:10. Do not listen to the estimates they give you. Poorly run location.

If I could give no stars that would be the way I would go, orderd two medium pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese, both pizzas were cold and like cardboard. The kicker is, the delivery drive was rude and yelled at me because I asked if I needed to sign anything after him trying to make me pay again because her refused to read

Legitimately the worst place I've ever worked. Michaela, the general manager will attempt to sabotage your reputation towards your next employer any chance she gets. She's a narcissistic little know-it-all that can't take no for an answer. She also appointed her boyfriend as the secondary manager, of which is very rude and unprofessional. The restaurant is in general kept in a very disgusting condition as evident where in the wash area, there's lots of buildup underneath the sink. They also commonly use expired dough in the mornings as they're too lazy to stretch new dough, you know, after arriving an hour and a half late. I seriously hope michaela gets what she deserves as a more competent individual takes her place.

Good service. Pretty dirty store. Food was good.
