The girls spent more time talking versus staring our drinks. I watched the red head pour out some of my drink to fit more ice, NOT COOL. I also watched her pour so much cold foam into my cups and gave the leftovers to our second cup. Unprofessional and inconsistent. 👎🏼

It would be cool if the baristas could fill the coffee to the top since customers pay $5+ for a drink. Least they can do is follow protocol.

Love it here! My coffee is always just right, Christian makes the best coffee and always provides a welcoming atmosphere. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Go here if you want a cute quaint place to hang out and enjoy a treat!

I’m just visiting the area and came by for my coffee and I’m shocked by the horrible service and attitude of the works here.The whole staff need to be retrained as soon as possible. Can wait to be back home and have good service. No a Merry Christmas Holiday at this Starbucks.Keep your personal problems at home we all have them.

This by no means a blanket review for all Starbucks. But this one in particular had horrible customer service. The fact that they get your name wrong every time doesn't bother me ... I've come to expect it and find it actually humorous. I call it the poor man's witness protection program, where to go to get renamed and a new identity. However, after I ordered my coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I took a seat and waited patiently. It wasn't a really long wait ... but still a bit of a wait. When the girl finished preparing it, she tossed it a good 3 feet from the counter and hollered out the order. I took it and reseated myself to await my coffee somewhat irritated as I continued to watch the servicing of other customers. After a few minutes, another gal approached the counter, looked directly at me, and harshly asked what I was waiting for. I told her my order, and she reached over and slid a cup forward and snapped, "It's right here. " ... all I could do was bashfully take my coffee and leave feeling as if I was the one that did something wrong.

The baristas here are so rude to me. I stopped going for a while because they made fun of me for asking to have my coffee made correctly. (Yes, I heard you commenting about it behind my back) All I want is whip cream on my coffee and 1/2 the time they don’t put it, and make me feel bad for asking for it. If it brings a person happiness to have whip cream on their coffee, why give them a bad time🤷🏻‍♀️. Today, they didn’t care I was standing right there while they were making my coffee and making a huge deal about the whip cream. I don’t understand the rudeness. I have never been rude to you, but if my coffee isn't how I like it, I will ask for it to be made right. I just can’t comprehend the bad customer service. They are nice in Minden. I will drive out of my way. Never going to your store again!

Came in late before closing, and the barista made me a fresh americano exactly, if not better than how I asked. After 10 hours of driving, this was such a saving grace!

The barista that took our order was very friendly, and so we tipped her. However, the person making and handing out coffee & and the breakfast sandwich HAD THE WORST customer service, screamed out names, would not make eye contact, basically shoved our food at us. She was angry and rude. We will not be back!!
