I order door dash from this location. A classic stacker with a side of creamy jalapeno sauce. When my order came, there was NO sauce. Not even on the stacker either. I called the store to ask for a resolution for this problem, and the lady on the phone told me I was WRONG and got my sauce. There was NO SAUCE IN THE BAG. I went to the restaurant to ask if I could get a side of the sauce that I paid EXTRA to get, and the lady that I was on the phone with HID FROM ME. Worst experience of my life.

I get off work late.. It always seems to be a problem trying to order food. Or they skimp out on the food. You are better off going to smiths fo dinner. Or all the way to carson's taco bell.....

I just purchased food from your location and was extremely disappointed with the quality. As you can see from the attached photos, our Crunchwrap and other items had barely any meat in them — they were basically tortillas filled with lettuce and sauce. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable.

We rely on Taco Bell for quick, convenient meals, but what we received was not edible as intended. Please address this issue with your staff and let me know how this will be made right.

I asked for two burritos only one burritos was on my order pretty easy mistake to fix but lady wanted nothing to do with it wanted me to go back through the drive-thru because they missed the burrito and then when I told her I wouldn't leave until I got a burrito she intentionally made it wrong charged me for and it was the manager worst thing I've ever seen a manager do, she deserves to be and should be fired.

The website said drive thru was open at 7am. They weren't. We went to a different Taco Bell. Their website said they were open at 8am. They weren't. They open at 9am. So we went next door to Jack In The Box.

Asked for no ice in our drink and the guy made a huge deal out of it acting like we were trying to scam him. Then was laughing about it to his coworkers when we pulled up to the window. You work for a company that makes $8 billion a year and you can’t just do no ice??

Manager is mad rude wouldn’t make me creamy Mountain Dew and my burrito that was supposed to be crispy was soggy asf there’s also a lot of flys in the interior of the establishment and I’m pretty sure I saw a workers pimple patches fall off into someone’s food

This was the worst place I've ever been in regards to customer service. I asked for 2 burritos, got to the window and only 1 was on the receipt so I had told the lady I asked for 2 she rolled her eyes and in a nasty attitude said no you only ordered 1. I told her no I ordered 2 I had 2 kids that wanted one but anyways could I add another one on. My God her attitude after that was insanely crazy rude. Her name was Aurora absolutely the worst attitude I've ever dealt with at any fastfood place. Do not go here unless you feel like dealing with rude people. The manager even told me when I called that Aurora has a bad attitude and I wasn't the only one who has complained. So good luck!

It’s Taco Bell, order correctness can be hit and miss. For example, I’ve ordered and received everything perfect. Ive also ordered and had complete orders incorrect.
For the most part the staff is always friendly, inside is pretty much always clean.

Worst service I've experienced, probably EVER, at a fast food place. The manager is rude, the employees don't seem to care about anything but the drive thru. And they didn't get the order right. I've complained but nothing happens. 🤷‍♀️

Paid cash to one girl, didn't get my change! 2nd girl gave me my food and I drove off and didn't realize till I got home. Change should be given immediately.
