Worst service I've experienced, probably EVER, at a fast food place. The manager is rude, the employees don't seem to care about anything but the drive thru. And they didn't get the order right. I've complained but nothing happens. 🤷♀️

Paid cash to one girl, didn't get my change! 2nd girl gave me my food and I drove off and didn't realize till I got home. Change should be given immediately.

Ive been here 3 different times & ordered taco supremes and they only put beef lettuce and cheese. So annoying there should be sourcream and tomatos as well im not usually one to complain but come on learn to make the food on your menu im paying for a taco supreme not just a beef soft taco

I have been a loyal customer of taco bell since early1970 when prices were .29 cents for a good size taco. Now you have posters of 60s 70 80s items that are 7 times the price and the taco is paper thin. Tonight with no one in front of us at the drive thru window we attempted to add a green sauce burrito at the pickup window and were told NO!!. I am sorry taco bell we will longer continue to give you our support

This is the worst store ever. I understand yesterday because of the parade you guys were slammed but then today the drive-thru line is not moving I can't get out I'm stuck here waiting for doordash because you have your dining room closed at 7:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. What's wrong with you guys waiting over 20 minutes in a Drive-Thru is just ridiculous and there is no one there is what one two three four five cars ahead of me 10 minutes. ****Edit. Now I'm 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru and I still have four cars ahead of me. And dining room is closed . when I started out there was five cars ahead of me. I will not pick up doordash from this place ever again. I burned so much gas just sitting in the Drive-Thru then it took me a half an hour to pick up the food. Then that doesn't even count the time that it took me to deliver it thank you for helping me get below way below minimum wage. *****update of 1/2 hour I spent a half hour in the Drive-Thru

Don't deserve one star after ordering from kiosk and waiting for an hour.never even got a bag for food,no sauce like ordered and no napkins or even an apology for the wait.never again.

This particular store is one of my favorites, good fresh hot food fast. I always get my regular the Mexican Pizza with the two tacos. I've even tried the Crunch Wrap and it ROCKS too!
They leave items out of the combos, at least on the app. For example, they do not let you customize or even show the Chalupa when getting the Luxe credit box despite it Being in the picture and being in other taco Bells Luxe boxes that are the same price. When I called to ask about why I was missing I got just hung up on it. Don't support this sham Trust me, it's as minimal ingredients given as you expect.
