The Grill Next Door

The few time i’ve been there i have mixed feelings. Burgers are great, service is iffy, not sure when they are actually open, sometimes showed up with buddies and it’s been closed? Maybe it’s a labor shortage? Seems that they have an identity issue, are they a bar, an arcade game room, a restaurant, ? Wish i could count on it being open because the food is pretty good.

Spirit airlines experience except spirit warns you about the fees beforehand. To go? That's a fee per each burger. Credit card? That's another fee.

Was not warned about the fees before paying nor were they posted. Nor was I told about the fees when I called in the order.

Pipe down, you're not that special.

Staff was more concerned in leaving early / closing early then serving customers. Was only grill in the area and did not want Chinese, Mexican, or Sushi offered from other restaurants around. Order taken by one waitress and delivered incomplete and cold by another waitress.

Kid-friendliness: Great place to take your kids. They provide several games to play. There was a group of ladies playing some type of game and having so much fun.
On a large screen we played a trivia game...that was fun.

My family and I were looking for something different to eat and ran across The Grill Next Door. I checked out their reviews and looked promising. Somewhat hard to locate, didn’t have a sign on the front/top of the building. Ended up passing it. After finding the restaurant we walked and we were in for a surprise.

The restaurant is divided into 2 parts. One side (adult side) is tables and a bar with slot machines built into it. The other side (kids side) is arcade games, claw machines and air hockey. So it’s safe to say it’s a family friendly experience.

The waitress was super nice. The menu is pretty simple American style food: Burgers, salads, wraps, grill cheese sandwiches and more.

The food was ok nothing special. We ordered the wings with garlic parmesan dry rub and something didn’t taste right. 2 of my family members and myself ate the wings and we felt sick. We were sick 2 days after.

Family-friendly environs, with utterly delicious burgers. Sports or TV shows available from several big screen TVs, as well as a patio in the back of the restaurant where one can play cornhole and other games. Service was impeccable, as was the food. Restrooms were clean too!
