I just checked into the M and I can tell you that my experience so far has been horrible! The service is abysmal! As I pulled up to the hotel, I saw a sign saying "Check In" directing me to the front of the hotel. As I pulled up to the front door, the "Check In" signs disappeared. There was "Valet", "Vans and Buses" and "Drive Through". No place to temporarily park and check in. I drove around in circles and finally parked in the red near the doors to check in. When I got out of my car, the valet came toward me. I told him I was checking in, but didn't know where to park, because the signs disappeared. As I was talking with him I saw the back of a sign (facing the wrong way) that said "Check In" and had an arrow on it. I pointed out the sign to the valet and he said, "Yeah, that doesn't really apply. This is all valet." He let me leave my car there, but he said he would have to take my keys and if I didn't return, he would park it and charge me. I said, "Fine. I'm just checking in!"There were no signs for "Guest Parking", so I asked at the desk where I could park. She directed me to go out front, turn right and there was a parking lot on the side with doors where I could enter there. I thanked her and told her it would be nice if there were signs directing people to "Guest Parking"!I get to my room and none of the lights work. I call down to the desk and I'm automatically put on hold for 5 minutes! I finally get someone on the phone and say that the lights in my room do not work! He asked if I put my key card in the slot by the door? I tell him, "No, BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO DO THAT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK!!!" I looked at the door and there is NO SIGN TELLIN YOU TO PUT YOUR KEY CARD IN THE SLOT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK!!!Things that need to happen immediately:1. Better signs for parking2. Temp parking up front for check in3. Instruct guest that they need to put their key cards in the slots by the door for the LIGHTS TO WORK!4. PUT SIGNS NEXT TO THE DOOR INSTRUCTING PEOPLE TO PUT THEIR KEY CARDS IN THE SLOT TO GET THE LIGHTS TO WORK!5. Put more people on the phones on the front desk, so when guests call they are no on hold for 5 minutes!

Affordable room pretty close to the freeway and the strip. Room was awesome!! This was very last minute for us. And so glad we booked a room here. The front desk staff was very nice. They provide complementary valet service when staying the night. (We didn't use their service because our car was packed full of stuff since we are just traveling through, but would have otherwise) We ended up parking in the west parking lot which is the lower level of the casino. Very convenient for those that are just staying the night. When getting inside the doors, follow the signs to the elevator and go to your floor. You don't even have to pass through the casino to get to your room.About the room - comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with its own door to the toilet. Very clean, quiet and view was amazing!I cannot review on the casino itself because we didn't gamble. But we did visit the bakery the morning of to get a coffee and pastry. Two ladies behind the counter. Both very nice and provided great service! Will stay here again when in the area!

Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel off the strip. I was impressed by the cleanliness and presentation of this hotel. Definitely one of the better ones located off the strip.Their retail store for snacks and drinks is opened 24/7 conveniently along with their downstairs casino. The only downside with this hotel that I can think of is that their gym appears to not be 24/7 and closes quite early. Not exactly sure why that is but that was extremely disappointing and not a good first time experience.

Great casino and super clean. Didn't really smell like smoke inside the casino. Raiders Tavern and Grill was super good.If you like Raiders memorabilia, this hotel has it all. Super cool.Highly recommend this casino if you want a chill place to hang out.

Wasn't sure what to expect on a visit last week - hadn't been here in many years. Lobby was impressive with a big Christmas display, but that's about where the impressive aspect ended - the rest you could file under "fine." Restaurant options in the daytime are next to none - when around during that time, you're essentially forced to The Vig counter next to the sportsbook. Mixed bag in terms of quality.Speaking of, the sportsbook is fairly large, though one annoyance was that there aren't enough boards to cover all the odds, so if you're looking for a particular game, you might be sitting for a bit waiting for your line, and only then, it lasts maybe 2-3 seconds. The casino floor is slot heavy (as is the case most places these days) with roughly half of the table games staffed. (At least that was the case when I'd head down) They've leaned HEAVILY into the Raiders, with signs galore and a shuttle to games. The buffet I remember being here is apparently M.I.A., which is a shame as (though it was long ago) I enjoyed it in the past. The biggest thing I remember, though, is the lack of energy in the place. Didn't matter the time of day. There were plenty of people around...but it was almost too quiet. Odd. I'll likely return again, in time, just to see how it's evolved.

Beautiful hotel just minutes away from the strip and lots of shopping in between. The hotel itself is breathtakingly gorgeous with lots of space and possibly like 6-7 restaurants, coffee & pastry shops,. As you can see this is Raiders Zone baby. Lots of beautiful frames and mementoes throughout the hotel. Your room keep slides in a slot on the inside of your door which allows you to turn on your lights in your room as a energy saver. The views in this hotel room was spectacular I wish I could add more pictures so you could see. I will definitely come back to visit this place as the hotel staff was very friendly and they so make it easy to just melt away in masterpiece. Oh did I tell you about how amazing the room service breakfast was. Oh wait I cant show that but I pray you go check it out but the food is smashing delicious :)

So I reached out via email to my "Executive Casino Host" (who I have never met) and inquired as to why my Free Slot Play has been reduced to $10. Her response is that rewards are based on my play 6-8 months ago, NOT on current play. Well, that makes sense. In Wonderland, maybe. It is certainly possible that, 6-8 months ago, I was not frequenting the M.She did say that I probably have a lot of Free Play built up but I can't reach it because I haven't downloaded Penn Gaming's app onto my phone. As I told her before, I don't put apps on my phone if I can avoid it. (Uber being an obvious exception.) But Penn Gaming has made the decision to not offer an alternative to their non-technically-inclined guests so, the next time I am there, I will text and phone my Host and have her come down to the gaming floor and put the app on my cell phone as well as my husband's and then show us how to use it. (Just love the way Penn Gaming accommodates it's senior customers.)Penn Gaming is god-like: You will get an answer but it won't necessarily be the answer you wanted. LOL!Not to mention inconsistent. Look at the # of stars I've given in my many reviews. They are all over the board which speaks volumes about their lack of consistency. Just saying.

I stayed at the M Resort Spa & Casino for a Conference and it was great! The resort is huge, clean, and safe. Though it's about 15 minutes away from the strip, I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of food options in the area as well. The rooms are clean and have great views. If you're looking for a place to stay in Vegas, definitely look at staying here!!

This place is seriously F-ed up. Serving up live Betta fish in a cocktail glass with less than an inch of water, abusing an animal to try to impress or use as a wow factor just shows how terrible business may be that they stoop to the level of animal abuse. The minute PETA catches wind you'll have your hands full with more than just Yelp reviews. Do better M Resort.... RED ROCK WOULD NEVER! It's embarrassing for your establishment, it's embarrassing for the wait staff at Jayde (the place serving this sad drink) and it's a shame for the Vegas community. You know 90% of the show animals were removed from preforming because in this climate, it's a terrible look. PLEASE REMOVE LIVE FISH FROM YOUR "EXPERIENCE" or can you elaborate where the fish are taken to/from when a customer orders? How many Betta fish have been killed since starting this cruel concept?***Also if ANYBODY did their job here and did a quick Google search of how you properly accommodate Bettas.... You'd learn they need a MINIMUM of 5 gallons of water AND A HEATER! They are considered tropical fish, and you can't be "putting them back into a tank" because these are not community fish. The females can be tanked together but the males need their own space which I know for certain you are not supplying! Take these fish off your menu immediately!

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Henderson, NV! The room was gorgeous, with stunning mountain views and a luxurious bathroom. The on-site bakery/café had delicious daily offerings prepared by the pastry chef, and the fruit tart and key lime tart were especially delicious. The pool area was very nice, but I visited in October when the pool closed at 5pm and was about to close for the season.I have so many great things to say about this property, but I'll let you decide for yourself. The customer service was excellent from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. This is a great resort to stay at, especially if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

You guys, this place is a treat. It's at the top of the M Resort and has a great view of the Las Vegas Valley. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Calm and intimate atmosphere, laid back elegance. My favorite thing is the baked Alaska, delicious, they also have a bread ball appetizer that was really good. Great place to unwind after a day's work.

I love this place. The baked Alaska is my favorite thing, but all the food is great. The prices are good. The restaurant has a high end but laid back feel. Also, the view of the Las Vegas valley can't be beat. Great place for a date or ending the day with some friends.

This place is located in the 16th floor of the M hotel. We always got a great view, city view, pool site view. The place isn't big but it could be expanded for the better sitting with the view rather than sitting at the bar. We came out different time & experience the changing of their menu & got the good service some time. The food is so good w the short rib & Brazilian bread, tuna poke.

This is one of our (old) favorite places in town. The food and drinks are excellent. Our biggest complaint is the restaurant has not fixed their outdoor fireplace for over 6 months. We love to sit outside and enjoy the Rooftop view, but without the fireplace during the winter time, it is just too cold. We recently took some friends to this restaurant and expected that the fireplace would have been fixed so we could sit outside. That was not the case. In addition, the food we ordered was very delicious, but the drinks took too long to make. It's a shame this place doesn't step it up, because I would love to change my review from three to five stars. As of right now, I cannot call this place a 5 star establishment.

Dining alone again I'm afraid, this time at the top of the M Resort. I was here for a drink and an appetizer and the two that I got couldn't have been more different. The cocktail, the Desert Sunset, was one of the best cocktails I have ever had. Yes, it was quite sweet but not overbearingly so. It was delicious and I could've nursed that all night long before ordering another as a nightcap. The appetizer, the potato pillows, was a different story all together. They were supposed to be these puffed, light as air potato pillows. I guess I was thinking they would be more like light gnocchi but instead where just slightly puffy potato chips with a spice mixture on some of them. The flavor was fine but by the time they got to be, they were completely cold which negatively affected the texture and instead of being crisp, they are chewy and a bit oily. The cocktail, the atmosphere, and the view get high ranks from me but if the rest of the food is anything like that appetizer, which I doubt it is, this place has to work on a few things.
