Today I went into this location with my mother and daughter. No one is there to direct the flow of traffic or offer help. When you enter the location there is a kiosk you can order from so we immediately order drinks from this thing. We don’t know what drinks are good because this was our 2nd trip there. A random number comes on the screen and no receipt comes out. My mother goes to use the bathroom and my daughter and I sat and waited on the drinks. 2 ladies were making the drinks. The lady not wearing glasses calls out a number and I walked up to the counter thinking it was my drinks. She asked me if I wanted my drinks iced or hot but I don’t know my number or what kind of drinks were ordered. To say the least I found her to be slightly rude and irritated because I don’t know my drinks or number. I asked her if the drinks on the counter were mine and she was short and told me these were not my drinks. I’m a manager myself this place needs someone directing people like myself. I felt lost and belittled for not knowing my number or drinks. This place felt uninviting today and the staff needs training on customer service.
Great pastries and priced well

Sweet treats everywhere !!! Everything is packaged individually, so light and fluffy. Their drinks are very good and inexpensive. I usually get the
blended taro. Large size is only $6
everywhere else it's at least $7-8. Well lit and clean.
I would recommend this place.

85 degrees has come to be one of my favorite bakery locations and places to find a tasty treat. It combines my love of fun foodie items and coffee, so can't go wrong.
I enjoy that the bakery items are fresh and not too sweet. Most items I have tried, I enjoy. The coffee is really the best part! They make wonderful espresso drinks, fully able to customize, and the prices are on par with other local, takeout, coffee.
One thing that makes it hard to be in this restaurant is their flashing light sign near the seating area. This sign is adorable, neon letters with a cute saying; HOWEVER , the flashing lights cause me to not be able to sit and relax. The light causes migraines and other issues, and it would be much more pleasant if they would adjust it to be on, rather than flashing.
Vegetarian options: Pastry options are vegetarian, however not vegan. Milk alternative options are available in the coffee options
Parking: Located in a shopping center, there is plenty of parking available close to the entry
Kid-friendliness: A self-service bakery, easy to navigate and options for flavors that kids would enjoy.

Store looks like it’s abandoned. Hours of operation is not as great as other locations. Bad location.

My 5 year old ordered a mango coconut smoothie and unfortunately did not like it. We asked for the drink to be switched to just plain mango if they could and the cashier was super kind and said we could. However, when I went to pick up the drink; Damon, the barista was very rude and berated me loud enough for other tables to hear. I feel like a little patience and further customer service training would go a long way.

Lila greeted me, and asked if I had any questions, and was very pleasant. She let me know what selection of pastries were her favorite, and on her suggestion, I decided to try one. It's called a chocolate bun

If you love coffee and freshly made pastries this place is a must go. Everything here is so good. From the sugar cream cheese bun to the guava strudel and the chocolate bun. Everything is freshly made and so soft. Not to mention the coffee, tea, and milk teas are delicious. We definitely need more 85 degrees in Henderson. Get up and come down to this place you won't regret it.

I discovered this bakery in Irvine CA, and bought so much stuff because I thought it was the only one. Fast forward a few months, I discover this one in Henderson near all my favorite shopping and voila! I bought a variety box full of treats. The staff was friendly. The bakery was clear and bright. Everything so fresh and individually wrapped. ITs almost as much fun to shop there as it is to get home and eat your treats while watching your favorite show or sharing with friends, who inevitably will also become customers. I bought a bunch of stuff I haven't tried yet, but I also bought a cheese bacon roll and it was fantastic and smoky. Very buttery (a little too much butter, but most like that) . I coin this the Disneyland of Bakeries. Also, and this is huge for me, because I am an absolute proud and semi-difficult Karen, staff was so professional and friendly. Smiling, attentive. I thought I smelled bug spray and the girl that put my mind at ease was extremely friendly, answered my question and wasn't sarcastic, which you get from a lot of GEZ Z staff. Very pleased. Great people running this place and the product speaks for itself.

Delicious Cakes at 85°C Bakery Cafe!
I absolutely love the cakes at 85°C Bakery Cafe. They have a wide assortment to choose from, all very affordable, ranging from $1.50 to $3.50. The cakes are light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet—not too sugary, just right. My favorites so far are the Mango Crème Brûlée Cake and the Coffee Cake. I didn’t get a chance to try anything from their café section, but I’m definitely looking forward to that on my next visit.
PS: do try their strawberry half moon cake or almond half moon cake it’s delicious and just melts in your mouth

Love their items and so thankful for this location that has been parking and seems to be spacious. Plus, you can order your drinks ahead of time while looking at their other products.
