This place the staff is awesome great job guys the food is pretty good 4 stars only because i ordered fried noodles and bbq beef i thought it was going to be like Korean style bbq beef but the one I had was like teriyaki beef like zippys neither then that it was good.

Stoped in here while passing through Las Vegas. Food was good. We ordered the pork and cabbage along with the 9th island poke bowl. Pork was really good, Mac salad had way too much mayo, and the poke bowl looked bland but tasted pretty good. Overall not a bad place to eat. Would I go out of my way for it, probably not. But if I was shopping at Costco and got hungry I would definitely swing on in.

9th Island Grill on St Rose across Costco. First time there. There were two Haole females at the counter. The cook is not from the islands, red flag. Ordered 2 BBQ Beef plates, inquired on how many pieces of meat per plate. It depends on the weight of the beef. I got 4 slices. It didn't taste like BBQ beef. It wasn't worth the $18 they charge per plate. Not impressed at all. Not going there anymore. Will also pass the word around. Maybe you should just stick to selling Boba!!

Something was wrong with my photos, it's much lighter than this, and much yummier than it looks, genuinely one of the best and cheapest cost???? (Hawaiian places, I've ever had) Not sure how that's possible, but the garlic chicken (crispy) with the combination plate and the other chicken they put with this was so good, if I lived on this side of town i'd come here at least once a month.

We've been going there for a while. The food is great. I noticed the other day that there must have been a turnover of employees.
The food is still great but the dining room was dirty from the floor up. The floor hadn't looked like it had been swept in days. There was dust and food on the floor. The tables needed to be wiped down. We had to wipe our own. The beverage area was also unkept. There were spills on the counter and straw wrappers in the counter and floor.
We were there around 3:00 in the afternoon. It wasn't busy and the employees were hanging around chatting.
Per observation, one young lady employee clearly did not like white women. She was rude to everyone white woman. She'd roll her eyes and be short with them.
I had started out my review with 4 stars but changed it to 3 because as I'm writing I'm thinking we shouldn't have stayed. We stayed because the food is good and planned to meet with other people there. I hope the kitchen was in better shape.

Tried this place the last day of our vacation, I wish we would have stopped by sooner. This is a place we will return whren we come back to town. My husband and I had the chicken katsu, spicy garlic chicken, and BBQ chicken. All were great!! The mac salad was a fav. 😍

Best açai bowls! Nachos are fire and smoothies are so crave ... luv luv ❤️
