went in yesterday afternoon and the cashier lady was super rude. grunted and moaned after anything i said and acted as if it was an inconvenience to order my ONE thing. she didn’t even try to hide it either, with an upset expression. she was really odd besides that point too and made me uncomfortable from the get-go. kept talking to herself and wiping her nose…

don’t even get me started on the food. 1/10

The first thing we noticed upon arriving was the lack of attention to detail. The lady at the front had absolutely no personality—she barely acknowledged us, spent most of the time touching her face, and made odd, uninterested grunts when responding to any questions. There was zero effort in providing even the most basic customer service.

When I went to order, I also noticed the salsa bar was completely dried out. It looked like it had been sitting there for well over a day, with everything appearing stale and unappetizing.

I ordered a chimichanga, tacos, and a drink, which ended up costing me over $34. Given the price, I expected at least a decent meal, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When the drinks arrived, I was immediately disappointed. My drink was two inches below the top, which felt like an afterthought. I was the one who had to observe and figure out why it hadn’t been filled properly. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the container was completely out of horchata. The drink had an off color and a terrible taste, making it clear it was either watered down or had been sitting for far too long.

Then the food arrived, and it only got worse. The chimichanga was melting through the packaging, which I understand can happen with hot items, but considering I ordered it as a "for here" meal, I can’t understand why it was served in such a condition. The limes that came with the tacos were completely dried out—soft, shriveled, and devoid of any liquid. They clearly had been sitting around for far too long.

Still, I tried to salvage the experience. I took a single bite of the taco and, to my disgust, found a long hair sticking out of it. That was the breaking point. We immediately got up, left everything on the table, and walked out without even trying to get a refund. At that point, we were so repulsed by the entire experience, we knew it wasn’t worth the hassle, especially with how unhelpful the staff had been.

This was an utter waste of money, and I can’t imagine this place staying open much longer if they don’t make serious changes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When they first opened the food was really good. I would come get tacos once or twice a week. I even made a post about how good they were on my community message board. The meat in the carnitas were diced and grilled in such a way that they were delicious and crispy and flavorful. Over time perhaps with a change in ownership(?) that some people mention, the place took a seeming downturn in quality. The carnitas they have served me the last few times have been giant chunks of fatty pork that are not nearly as appealing. I would give them feedback directly so that they could possibly address the issue, but they don't seem to have any avenues for feedback.

We have been looking for a great places to eat Tacos.,This is one of the best places we have found. We will go back to taste some of the other selections.
