I'm disappointed. The food was awful. All 3 entrees came out cold. The chowder had a lot of onions. The risotto and Osso Busco had no flavor. The chicken parmesan had thick, mushy breading, and the spaghetti that came with it tasted old and had a weird texture. The plate was very watery as if they hadn't properly drained the re-heated pasta. Also, for the price, I would have expected fresh grated parmesan cheese, not the icky kind that is stored in a cupboard. The best thing about the meal was my glass of Muscato, and the wait staff was very attentive - not their fault that the food was awful.

Had the brazini. It came out cold. Returned it and it came out almost raw. Never ate the meal. Manager said they were training new chefs which is not an excuse. Second meal was mediocre

Martinelli's food is excellent with generous portions well presented. The service was attentive, efficient and personable. Our special birthday event was honored and made the evening delightful. I highly recommend Marinelli's.

Unfortunately, my service rating was poor. But, this was solely based on our waiter. Everything else was great. Our resv was at 5 PM when the establishment opened. We were the third table seated. We didn't see our waiter until 5 more tables had been seated. We had finally asked if we had a waiter for our table. When he finally got to us everything went down hill. Our drinks were late coming out, our food took forever! Five other guest had left by the time we got our food! Hopefully just an oversight! But ruined our experience.

Took friends visiting from Hawaii for breakfast. Made reservations through open table. Got there. Request for window table was ready for us. Our waitress was wonderful. Food was excellent. Restaurant is clean, comfortable and noise level low. Prices very reasonable. I was proud to take my friends there. I'm glad they now serve breakfast in the morning.

we went for breakfast... We loved the venue, tables were spaced nicely for privacy and comfort with ginormous window for sky and pool views.. We brought some friends and service was OK, coffee kept coming but that was all forgotten when the food arrived barely luke-warm :( Not sure I would take someone there again and chance cold food....

Dinner was excellent! We had the chicken Parmesan, and the four cheese ravioli with the side of asparagus. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. The service was excellent. We would definitely come back.

I will say this as a general statement. As a whole, a thorough review of best practices for this establishment should occur. Training, better F&B oversight, and menu and recipe creation and food presentation. The hotel itself and the accommodations were very nice, but this restaurant left a lot to be desired.

I recently had dinner with three friends at Marinelli's. The service was outstanding and the food was good , but not outstanding, at least not regarding my selection. I ordered the risotto with portabella and filet. The server advised me to expect pieces of filet mixed with the risotto and asked if this was acceptable to me. I appreciated the description and did enjoy my dinner but would have appreciated it more had the filet not been well done. I always look forward to bread before and during dinner but found the bread to be ordinary, a bit surprising at such a nice venue. I would recommend this restaurant but might share these observations when doing so.

We arrived and was seated promptly at 5pm but didn't receive our food until 6pm. The food was good however our dinners were luke warm and it seemed like the dishes had been sitting in the kitchen for a period of time. Infact, we had to ask our waiter Pedro where our food was. Pedro was engaging and attentive initially however we later received long periods of silence. The young man wo filled our water glasses was mor attentive. We ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs, Prime Beef Risotto, Chicken Piccata, Filet Mignon Saltimbocca and a Ceasar Salad; our drinks were Grey Goose on the Rocks, Old Fashion and a Coke. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and attending the Temptation concert. Padro late offered the celebratory desert however my husband declined because we were not satisfied with the service.

Very attentive service. We have been there a few times and Pedro looks after us well great wine list but some bottles cost more than a new car! I had the daily special and it was awesome.

We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not crowded AT ALL. Our server brought us coffee and water, took the order, and we didn't see him again. The busboy got us coffee refills. When the food arrived, we asked to/and spoke with the manager. She was going to look into the issues and address them with the cooks and our server. she must have spoken to the server because he came over , offered us fresh cups of coffee, left the old ones at the table and we didn't see him again until we flagged him down to bring the check. we also never heard from the manager again. We breakfast there at least 4 times per month different days each week and this was one of the worst experiences we have had and we had brought a guest along and were quite embarrassed with the service. would not recommend this server to any body. So I would recommend the restaurant as long as the server is a female because i do not remember this guys name.

The service and ambiance were excellent. Very lovely restaurant. We anticipated our meal would be delicious. We ordered chicken parm and the prime rib risotto. The chicken parm had no flavor and the sauce was watery. Chicken was soft but had little flavor. The prime rib risotto also had no flavor. The risotto was al dente and not creamy. The prime rib I think was more like stew meat. Again no flavor. Almost reminded me of hospital food. The bread was delicious so we ate all of the rolls.

I really enjoy Marinelli's, but this time our food did not come out hot. My friend was the only one that decided to return her food which was Chicken Picatta as she said it was ice cold. Mine was lukewarm which was angel hair pasta with chicken and my husband's was Chicken Parmesan which was also not hot. The food is really great, but unfortunately, it wasn't hot this time.

The bread and dessert were good. The caesar salad had a fair dressing but some of the romaine salad was wilted. Not the fresh, crispness it should have. The calamari was old tasting, chewy, almost cold, uninspired. The chicken piccata was served with pasty spaghetti pasta (overcooked) with a tasteless marinara sauce. The chicken was dry despite the sauce. Others at the table ordered different entrees and no one was impressed and left a significant amount on the table. Very disappointing.
