Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place is located close to my house. We've been here multiple times. Our server, Christian, was the reason for the review. A very personable gentleman with good customer service skills. He was prompt, had a good memory and has a good sense of timing.
I usually order the Riblets, which I did but also was recommended by our server, to order thd all you can eat, which I didn't realize was a better deal. Christian recommended to try the fried shrimp, which I thought was really good, in addition to my riblets.
My wife got the wing appetizer, which were plump, juicy and skin was crisp.
Normally our visits are fairly similar, quick, and satisfying. Our server made our visit a little better by just his quick service, good sense of timing and being personable.
I do recommend this location and highly recommend Christian

My girlfriend and I were sat down in a booth as soon as we walked in. I got sticky stuff on my forearm from the table but we said we’d stick around. Then we sat for 10 minutes and no one came to see us so we got up and left.

A budget friendly restaurant. I had mixed feelings about the dining experience. The pros: Busy family gathering environment. Staff members are polite and reliable. There may be a wait period depending upon what time you visit. However, it was not lengthy. Lots of customers. The staff cleared and cleaned the tables quickly and efficiently. My server Katelynne was very kind and patient( I often changed my mind in the ordering process). For this visit, I knew what I wanted. The menu is easy to read, and the description given on the menu is what you receive. The burger was served just as requested.
Cons: The first impression was the Spinach dip, which was burned and had been spooned and stirred to try to disguise the disaster. The chips were stale and nuked to attempt to give the appearance of freshness. Massive failure. My French fries were served cold. When I requested another order, they were also cold. Perhaps this would have been a good dining experience, but these areas need improvement

I come here often and eat by myself. It's a quiet restaurant with dim lighting and it allows me to read or watch my favorite show on Netflix in peace. The waitresses don't bother you too much but make sure you have everything you need. The food is tasty and probably microwaved, but it's not a very expensive restaurant and I really pay for the vibe.
