Sad to say that the food was poorly presented. Not hot,then not cooked. Waiter was nice enough as well as the manager. The wait was long,as usual nowadays, not enough staff.

Jojo is one of the best servers i have experienced in a long time at any restaurant..I have not been for many years as it was closing alot of branches however this one was clean and very nice..the food was good not great chicken little burnt but didn't have the heart to complain cause Jojo so kind.she was very knowledgeable on the several different dishes we asked about.
I sure hope she's still t
here when I return or you had more like her she is anreal asset.to.the company.

This location was a huge disappointment after a long week we came here to have a quick dinner we ended up being here for over 2 hours :/ they weren't even that busy and our server was rude she never offered a refill and when I told her my order was not right she accused us of not ordering it correctly on the terminal she's was very loud about it as well! We waited a very long time and then when it was time to pay she said well I guess the machine isn't working leave it for a min and see if works came back 10-15 mins later I called her back to tell her and she says ok give me your card then takes my card and comes back with our reciept. It would have been nice to at least know my total before that but whatever at that point I just wanted to get of there.

It seems that Applebee’s cares more about the online orders more and pickup orders more than walk-in guests. Sure don’t care much about handicap guests as there are only 3 handicap parking places and 5 parking spaces for online orders and door dash. Parking behind the building is very terrible with narrow spaces to park and definitely can’t get a wheelchair between vehicles.

I mean, it’s Applebee’s…so you sort of know what you’re getting - mixed menu with a few new featured items and drink specials. It’s a good American style casual dining spot for friends or family. This specific location has ample parking and pretty good service. Our server kept our drinks full and checked back several times, so I appreciated it for that. The food is mostly meh to me, but if you want a salad or chicken option and you’re not too fussy it’s quick and predictable. My $35 bill included a margarita with my lunch.

I had an amazing dining experience at Applebee’s, thanks to our server, Stephanie! From the moment we were seated, she was warm, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to ensure our orders were correct, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and had a great attitude throughout our meal.

Stephanie was knowledgeable about the menu and even gave great recommendations. Our drinks were always full, and the food arrived quickly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
