Very friendly staff and good pickle fries! Manager David was on the floor making sure everyone is well taking care off. Server Ali (I hope I got the right name, recently moved to Vegas*) was very attentive sweet and helpfull. Will come back :)))

Very slow service 😔

Im giving 5 stars even though the server at the door was rude and seemed annoyed when we came in to Togo door and keep in mind I had a Togo order. The other girl stepped in and my experience was great from there.

Bar was exceptionally unclean. Bar was not cleaned at all before we sat down. And was never cleaned during our visit. Both of us had to send our steaks back, they were extremely rare. It was as if the chef slapped them on the grill to get the charred lines and sat them under the heating lamp. We frequent another Applebees and thought we would have the same experience at this one. we will not be back ever..... 11/18 I had to revise previous review. The GM emailed me and offered a gift card to go back and I accepted. I have now emailed him 2x about the gift card and no response from him.

I went for Veterans day, had the 6oz sirloin, the cook on it was great and mash potatoes were good. Green beans were a little over cooked. The service well, was overall partly Okay. Food was flying out the kitchen like a Rockstar who won the lottery, very fast, and impressive. However, Taylor the bartender and the young man working alone side her, seemed to be annoyed just a tad bit with some of the Veterans that were sitting at the bar. As a vet, we know it can be a lot to wait on us on such a busy day. However, Veterans come to Applebee's for the friendliness, atmosphere, food,service and camaraderie of knowing that other vets will be there. I was helping a vet to get her(Taylor) attention because she didn't hear him. When she turned to come towards us, it wasn't just my voice she heard but two us. She covered her name tag, and started to talk to the guy next to me. Myself and four other Vets saw the way she responded, as she walked away, and we read her lips as she conversated with the young man that had been helping her behind the bar. Never ever ever! Talk about guest, having a deaf relative lead me to take sign language and it was something that a lot of vets learned in the military (lip reading). So later Myself and
another was ready to check out and when I had the opportunity to ask the young man behind the bar who had been assisting Taylor... I informed him I would like the check to cash out. He raised his voice in an annoyed voice that he couldn't cash me out. The woman next to me having soup, said that was rude and nasty for no apparent reason. I didn't responded . Instead I knew I would just tell a manager what just happened. Four other vets heard him. As Veterans we know having a full bar of customers can be challenging, but that's the job. We can do that job we know how to multi task, we served our country. And we love to go to Applebee's and not just on Veterans Day. A little more attention to detail was needed that evening, alone with friendliness or kindness. No vet wants to feel like you are annoyed with serving them. Especially on Veterans Day. The GM was kind when I explained the situation. He assured me that he would look into my complaint.

Great food and excellent service! Our server was incredible—she was practically running the whole restaurant by herself and never missed a beat. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was an African American lady with short hair.
