This processed compressed massive of whatever is my diet choice when I’m not having a good day. It is toxic and poisonous to the body as far as I am concerned. And this time the bread was hard and the meat was dry.

I read all the reviews in this App. I know I'm just going to get a canned answer and told to contact your Customer Support Team. We love our Arby's in Gaylord, MI. We have been the Arby's on Boulder Hwy in Henderson, NV several times, it's never been what we are used to from Arby's. This last visit was the worst. My chicken sandwich was overcooked. Of course I was already home when I found that out. You seriously need to get involved at this location, it is sub-standard.

I don't know if at 5 oclock the whole crew was high or what? Tried to give me the wrong order, can't even speak properly, I ordered a meal got the drink no fries, they ask me for sauce I only want Arby's sauce.... guess what they forgot cause they can't think straight.... the sauce ...

Drive through guy speaking in some bizarre, intermittently understandable English occasionally substituting words like "fries" with "prize" and is passively agressive with the intentional mumble miscommunication theme. If you say no thanks when offered a "prize" he's sayin' "not a me den?"
I guess because he's working at the drive-through window at Arbys and probably endures 10 times as much disfunction? I dunno but food was on point and it was no big deal. Kids will be kids. I was 15yo once too. ?

Couldn't hear the person in the drive thru after saying I can't hear you 20x he never spoke up or tried talking louder for us to hear him! Said it was a 10 min wait for literally everything we wanted to order! After telling him I couldn't hear him for the 21st time we got sick of it and just drove off!!

The app wouldn't let me set the pickup for ASAP. So, I selected 6:00pm and I went inside. Since I selected 6pm, they would not get the order till 6 pm...it was 5:33pm. They were so nice about it and very accommodating. Merysa was so helpful and made my order. First class customer service!! This location has always done a fantastic job for us. I have picky kids, and the orders can get a bit complicated, but they have never once messed up our order in the 6 years that we have been going to this location. The store is always clean. Thank you, guys! This team is great! We appreciate you!!!
