Horrible customer service, mobile orders cannot be refunded, I've been on the phone with customer service since the 16th trying to get a refund for the no food I received. They are as useless as the in-store employees and the owner that has never answered any emails or feedback forms. This place is al scam.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and all were done via 3rd party app except for one drive thru order at the window. The app orders were good. The drive thru order was awful. The sizes and items were inaccurate and I was overcharged as a result of what was actually received. I recommend ordering via app and hopefully they continue to get that right.

I love Arby's. It is my second time at this location, and I will skip it going forward, the got my order wrong as before and even after the girl who took the order admitted she did it wrong the only way the would make it right was for an up charge, even though the amount was a little over $2, I believed they should just have made it right, I took my order the way it was and left but with so many other fast food restaurants so close this is an easy skip going forward.
