STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND REPORT ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS.
The staff at this store are EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m not sure if it’s just the evening crew, but whoever owns or manages this location needs to take immediate action regarding the way customers are treated. MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS, including myself, have STOPPED COMING HERE because of how DISRESPECTFULLY we are spoken to—whether over the phone or in the drive-thru.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BUSINESS OPERATE IN SUCH AN EGREGIOUS MANNER. The lack of courtesy and basic professionalism is unacceptable. If anyone reading this can provide a corporate contact number, I would appreciate it so I can report this EGREGIOUS BEHAVIOR directly.

My partner and I went through the drive through, we both have not been to Arby’s in a while and took a single minute to look through the menu. The worker behind the mic kept asking if we were ready (within 60 seconds) and then continued to make unnecessary and inappropriate comments such as “the drive through is not meant to take your time, you’re supposed to be fast” and making comments to rush us while we can hear the workers in the background laughing.

Worst. Ordered a burger that was supposed to have bacon. Out of bacon. Fries were super cold and appeared to be 2 or 3 times fried already. I try to support local businesses. I'll think long and hard about going here again sorry to say....
This place is supposed to be under new management, but seems for the worst. Very outdated inside, stinks as well. Also, the customer service was horrible. Was not greeted and just starred at me at the counter! Shut the doors!!

Great food always but I got sick right after I ate..there was water all over the floor from an overflowing soda machine..the employees acted like they didn't even care that there was water all over the floor. I still had to walk through the water to get my soda..very unhappy with this Arby's..will not be returning due to incapable management not doing anything about the store they should be taking care of...and it is under new management..not again..
