Ordered food from drive-thru. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was prepared just right. I got some sauce and some napkins with my order. Prices were fair. Good job.

Great food always but I got sick right after I ate..there was water all over the floor from an overflowing soda machine..the employees acted like they didn't even care that there was water all over the floor. I still had to walk through the water to get my soda..very unhappy with this Arby's..will not be returning due to incapable management not doing anything about the store they should be taking care of...and it is under new management..not again..

Henderson NV Arby's has sign "Under new management". I don't know how long its been under new management BUT I would suggest a super cleaning of the establishment! The business is dated inside. I am okay with that BUT not the old dirt and grime. The doors and glass included were horrible with extended years of hands. The tile floors, mop boards, grout could use a excellent scrub and new seal. The table, chairs and cushion bench has gunk between the seams. All this makes a customer wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food operations. Therefore, working hard to make it spotless, even thought dated in the '70's, would reassure the customer base that management understands. Yes, I know it takes time to re-build or remodel and money too. However, cleaners and equipment and muscle power say millions to your customer base on how the operation is ran.
I Waited 30 minutes froy food then the cashier asks me what my order was I told them what it was and Ishow them the reciept and she still doesnt believe me and asks me to pay again.

They were fast friendly food was great would recommend anybody to go there they help me with a small situation I had and very courteous about it and I will go back every time.
Parking: Lots and lots of parking even if your wheelchair or disabled plenty of space for you to maneuver out of your vehicle
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible lots of room in the parking lot
