They turned a possible 1 star experience into a 5 star experience!! I placed an online order on break for work and only realized once I got back that the order was made wrong. I called to let them know because I was unable to go back to the store right then. The manager that answered the phone was nice and allowed me to come back the next day to correct the order. When I came in the guy at the counter was very quick to help me and remade my order with no hassle. I was so surprised at how easy it was to correct this mistake because most places fight you tooth and nail for a correction or refund even when it was their fault. This Arby's location is the best in Clark County by far. Nicki and her staff were courteous, professional and extremely welcoming. My roast beef sandwiches looked just like the advertisements and were absolutely delicious. I frequent alot of fast food places around town because I'm a pool guy, and this Arby's is my favorite hands down. Thank you Nicki for running an excellent restaurant.

Let me start off with the Arby’s close to us dinning room seems to never be open. So we tried this location.Staff was friendly but seemed like they didn’t know the menu. It was sum-what busy but food took what seemed like forever. Our order was wrong twice. First time they forgot the curly fry’s when we went back they gave my son the wrong sandwich. That being said the food was great.No complaints about the food. The roast beef with cheese tastes exactly how I remember as a kid. The chicken sandwich my son devoured, the big game burger was huge.It seems like if the staff was trained in customer service and what they actually sell this would be a great location. Because who ever is making the food is on point.

I have been a happy customer of Arby's since I was a kid.However, when I entered this location at 3:05pm on October 16th, 2023, I wasn't met with the usual friendly service. In fact, I didn't see anyone, not one employee or customer. As I stood there by myself for a few minutes, I thought that maybe something was wrong. An employee finally came out from the back of the restaurant and seemed surprised to see me standing there. She looked like she just woke up, with messy hair. She briefly looked around, didn't say a single word, and returned to the back of the restaurant.This is when I decided that they didn't deserve my business and walked out and went somewhere else to eat.I won't be visiting this location again.
