Good service. I was impressed that as soon as a customer left, the employee came out from behind the counter and cleaned the table and swept the surrounding floor. I don't see that to often in a fast food place.

I’m sad to report this location is not looking good. Made an order on the app about 5 min before I got there of only one classic beef n cheddar. I get there and the employees are talking in stead of making my one sandwich which only took about 1 minute to Make. That part was fast but the quality was left behind.The sandwich was $ 6.19 and was given the sandwich in the pictures. I will not be going back sorry to say… I would give it a one star but they made it fast ..

Probably one of my worst fast food experiences. Over the years I've had a Reuben well over 100 times, it's probably my favorite Arby's sandwich. It's always been great. The sliced corn beef has always been that, sliced.
I went a week and a half ago and ate what you see in the picture. I took a bite thinking nothing of it and had a hard time chewing the meat. It wasn't sliced. It was a whole piece of thick uncut meat that was very chewy and hard. I don't know if during production someone forgot to finish it or just left it cooking too long but it was disgusting. I threw it away without being able to swallow it.
I cut a piece off so you can see it.
I wrote corporate and haven't heard back which is pretty crummy customer service.

The bottom bun was like the bottom of a shoe and the roast beef was cold and pink. Service was average so I gave it a 3. I have a 5 for atmosphere...I ate in my car, which is nice enough.

Check your take out order before you leave. Don’t take their word it is correct. Both were managers. Frustrating.
Positive. New management has store looking cleaner. Improvements on the way once they get the kinks out of service.

Worst Arby's was trying to order on the app and was explaining to the manager and they were very rude and just not concerned and blew me off like is not their problem. They didn't want to be bothered. This is the second time I've had problems with service at this location. I would avoid this one!
Nasty. I was served raw cold chicken. I noticed the sandwich bun was cold but it was cold because the center of the chicken was still frozen. They have a hole bunch of kids working in there that probably have no clue what they are doing. Be careful.
