I drove through the drive through, was told it was closed, please come inside. There was a car in front of me who did the same thing. By the time I got out of my car, the lady was already walking out. I asked if it was closed too. She said no, the female inside asked if she was told to come inside, the lady said yes, the girl walked away. I went inside, ordered a brisket sandwich, and a French dip, paid, got my bag, asked for the aus ju, she looked at me weird. Looked at the receipt, it said some other thing. And then she was going to charge me for a French dip and not refund me for the other. It looked like I was an inconvenience when I asked for a correct sandwich, and it was an even worse look when I asked for a full refund. Never going back.

Arby's Sweet Tea was an affront to my taste buds—bordering on offensive. As someone with a discerning palate, I was dismayed by both the beverage and the overall culinary experience. The Buffalo chicken sandwich, an ostensibly simple offering, was a debacle. Its excessive and poorly contained sauce seeped through the bun, resulting in an unfortunate spill that marred my attire. To add to the ignominy, the fries, typically a reliable comfort, were unequivocally stale, turning what should have been a simple side dish into an exercise in disappointment.
The establishment's cleanliness—or lack thereof—further compounded the experience. The floor near the soda machine was notably sticky, a silent testament to neglect. The tables bore the detritus of previous patrons—unsightly and uninviting. Considering the place was devoid of other customers, there was no justification for the lack of upkeep. This all culminated in what can only be described as a nadir in my dining experiences.

Sandwich was horrible! The meat was more sliced than shaved, texture of the roast beef was nasty! I threw it in the trash! Got the medium and was no bigger than the classic! Won’t be back at the Horizon Ridge location!!
It was terrible The woman at the drive-thru kept saying no problem no problem no problem well okay so I get to the window obviously there was a problem I ordered two of the $6 sandwiches I get to the window and she tells me it's $18 I said I ordered two roast beef sandwiches for $6 and she said what no you didn't I heard you say okay I told her where to put them and I drove off

Typical Arby's with decent food options. Convenient drive through off of Stephanie and West horizon ridge. Rated a bit lower due to drive through issues this time. After a long wait a long time for the clerk to answer the intercom I drove up to window. I waited three minutes and was told to move to the storefront (although no one was behind me in line). Then waited an additional five minutes for my order. So just slow this time around

Tonight was the worst food I have ever received from an Arby’s. They parked me to wait for my food ($35) worth two 9piece chicken nuggets meals and a chicken wrap meal. The fries were super hard like they were overcooked and cold not even warm. The wrap was a mess and fell apart. The tortilla was hard with so much honey mustard sauce to mask how stall it was. We received no straws or napkins. There were nuggets at the bottom of the bag along with fries, as if it was thrown in the bag with no consideration. this is by far the worst presentation fast food I’ve ever seen and not that my expectations are high, but the worst I’ve ever seen. I will not go back to an Arby’s nor do I want any credit or to be contacted for this review.

Nothing more annoying than going through a drive through and they ask you to pull around to the front. That's why I'm leaving this rating. I'm tired of places doing this. It's a drive though for a reason. I don't care if there is another car behind me or not. If I wanted to wait out front I would've came and ate inside of the place.
