Arby's has the best Ruben ever. I have ordered them from a lot of different restaurants and they do not beat Arby's.

Just pulled up 10:27pm and no answer at drive thru sat there until 10:36pm then left... Don't advertise open until 11pm if you're just going to be inside standing around or acting as if you're super busy cleaning when sales are probably down and you need all the sales you can get. Unprofessional staff not answering speaker at all.

Absolute laziness! I’ve been to this location a couple times when I want to treat myself to a gyro and never had an opinion, good or bad. Well I went there yesterday and ordered a Greek gyro meal. First, instead of the normal lamb/beef meat they decided to put regular roast beef in there. If you’re out of the meat, maybe say something! Second, I ordered curly fries but not one fry actually had a curl to it. Lol More like crumb fries. Little pieces of fries. Seriously, I think they gave me whatever was left at the bottom of the fryer. Whoever the cook was needs to be retrained or something. And on top of all that, I waited nearly 5 minutes for my meal in the drive thru. Like what were they even doing in there? I won’t be back to this location!

Ordered the new Steak Bowl. Is served on top of Mac and Cheese. There is a sticker that says caution extremely hot. However the cook didn’t bother to heat it up, took it out of the refrigerator, and put the Steak Bites directly in the COLD Mac and Cheese. When I went back to the store, the kid at the counter, was completely unconcerned, and said in a Sing Song voice, (VERY Insincere) Sorry About That.

The WORST ARBY’S ever!!!! It was our favorite & so clean & nice. BUT we noticed yesterday that they had a change of Management. All the kids just stood around and talked and joked. No it was EMPTY whereas it before it was always busy. Floor was filthy & behind the counter. I tried the NEW PHILLY sandwich. It had ZERO filling. PATHETIC!! FULL OF GRISTLE!!! Showed the Mgr the hard gristle & she had nothing to say BUT have a nice day sarcastically!!!!! We will NEVER be back & we used to eat there a few times a month! We expect to see it closed down soon.

The District Manager of Arby's came to our table and talked to my 86 year old senior mother. She was awesome and super sweet to my Mom. We enjoyed our affordable meal in a clean environment. All the other staff were kind and ready to help. One employee, I wish I could remember his name, was cleaning the dining area, greeting us, opening the door for my Mom and me, and taking an order from a customer in the drive through! He was amazing!
Let me start off by saying, I LOVE their ham and Swiss sandwiches.....BUT this last time, the ham was hard and chewy. 🥺

I don’t usually write reviews but this was the worst experience i had I walked into the Arby’s on horizon ridge and Stephanie at around 4:50 pm today Sat the 19th I had to use the restroom so i proceeded to the restroom and when I walked in there was a bunch of smoke and two employees in there smoking a weed pen and one of them was a manager I believe her name tag said Olivia and the other one was a team member buzzed hair cut and heavy built this is unacceptable at your work place i was so disgusted i walked out and left the restaurant without even buying any food I will never return to this location
