Worst location of all auntie Anne’s in Las Vegas. Workers were leaning over work station and on their phone with bare hands while touching food. 5 workers and no one greeting any customers and everyone just staring. Food quality is horrible + poor customer service = never coming back. Pretzel is stale/burnt and dip is cold. All other locations are great except this one. Save your money and go somewhere else in the food court.

My daughter and I got the Auntie Anne's bread bites with cheese. Delicious! It took 10min to order though.

1st time at this location and trying my 1st time the Cinnamon sugar pretzel.Not knowing the stores opening time at the mall 11am, so as customers lined up infront of the store since 10:30am with 1 only worker, open, bake, and cashier. W.T.F.This company is backwards and not smart.

I asked to order a pretzel dog was told they don’t have them after looking back at the menu I seen that they are on the menu. I ask the girl working there about it and she said very rudely to me that if I want one she would have to make it that they don’t make them selfs. I ask for her bosses name and she said she don’t have one and no corporate number.I will post her picture

Mall and pretzels go hand in hand.Most likely the pretzel bites are their popular item because they had tons of them ready, sadly I wanted a regular sized garlic and parmesan so I just decided to wait for a fresh one.The top was great, but the bottom was burnt pretty good. Waiting 20 minutes for a burnt pretzel kinda leaves you a bit disappointed.

What is a trip to the mall without a stop at Auntie Anne's! Can't remember a time in which I was not walking out without a warm pretzel and a frozen strawberry lemonade. Unfortunately, next time I shall be walking past.My daughter and I order two pepperoni pretzels with one cheese dip and a frozen lemonade and strawberry. We only received one burnt pretzel. We had not notice until we were pulling out the parking lot.Tried to call but the number listed on Google rings then goes to answering machine.With the holidays fast approaching, what a shame we will be walking past and not offering our hard earn money anymore.

This place is really good. But they sure have raised the prices in there cheese, for so little of it. Double the price and is gross. So watery. And salty. At least for that price keep it original instead of putting to much water.
