Awful service, burned product, employee's said that is the way they are cooked...seriously completely burned black. Manager on duty argued that product is suppose to be that way. Manager had stretchy tie die shorts, filthy shirt,and came from lobby, did not wash her hands. I watched them put the product I took back in the hot case to sell again.

Went there on special occasion with my daughter to use a gift card she received for Xmas. The mindless person they had working there refused to take my gift card and did nothing else to help. He knew absolutely nothing about how restaurants work and franchises or anything. He said that location does not have a manager and he wasn't going to help me anymore. Basically he has a miserable life and his lack of customer service showed. We did not spend our money there and refuse to in the future. Plus there was a very limited selection. Someone like that should NOT be in a customer service position and will saddly only ever work at places like that his whole life.

told me they don't offer unsalted pretzels. I've been coming to green valley ranch and getting unsalted pretztles since they opened auntie annies here. I will never give them a dime from now, no matter what location. Wetzel pretzel from now on. thanks

Quick service restaurant. They have everything any other Auntie Anne’s will have. The special thing about this one is the location. Being inside Green Valley Ranch it is the only place you can buy a Coca-Cola within the resort.
