My husband and I just had a fantastic dinner at AyAyAy! Mexican Cuisine on Horizon Ridge in Henderson, NV, and I can't wait to share our experience! We were both incredibly impressed. I ordered the 3 chicken enchiladas with green sauce, and my husband had the steak fajitas. Let me tell you, every single bite was bursting with flavor. The freshness of the ingredients was truly noticeable – it made all the difference. My husband's fajitas, in particular, were amazing! For an appetizer, my husband chose the guacamole, and we were treated to a tableside preparation. It was so fun to watch it being made fresh right in front of us! The result? Absolutely delicious, fresh guacamole served with perfectly crunchy tortillas. Overall, we give AyAyAy! Mexican Cuisine a 5-star rating. The food was absolutely worth it. While it might be a tad pricier than your average Mexican restaurant, the quality of the food and the overall experience justify the cost. We highly recommend AyAyAy! Mexican Cuisine for a truly delicious and fresh Mexican meal!

Super flavorful and large portions! I was very impressed with both the quality of food and service from the team. I will definitely be back soon and be recommending this restaurant to my friends who are visiting.

We ordered Mango aguachile as an entree but the sauce was very salty and with the tortilla chips was worst, I had to eat it without chips. Molcajete was good but it has only 2 slices of steak, 3 shrimps and more chicken and I think was over priced. The staff was very friendly and the cleanliness of the restaurant was great.

We have back several times, and the food doesn’t disappoint. Our kids love their brunch items (Carmel French toast and churro pancakes). We had their tacos and would recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the great work!

The El Pastor burrito was amazing! A little messy because of the way they roll it. Over all great experience for a reasonable price. This wasn't our first ir our last time dinning with them.

Order taco's with pinto beans & rice. Pinto beans came right out of a can with no favor & the rice the same. The taco's were Street taco's with not even salsa on it plus there was fat & grizzle. They charge you $16 for guacamole, $3 for habenero sauce,$24 for Street taco's $16 for a small sour margarita. When we told the waiter about the grizzle & fat he said it was because the steak was rare & did we want to cook it more. Guess there was a language barrier . They do not provide you with any salsa for anything. I would never recommend them. It was the worse mexican food I ever had.

This is Mexican food not a steak house on the strip. Go ahead and pay $20 for a few tacos lol, $10 for chips and salsa, and $30 for rellenos. So many restaurants in this area fail because they think being by MacDonald ranch they can charge whatever. 3 of my favorite restaurants nearby closed because they charged too much. I was willing to pay a bit more for them, but not for beans and rice lol. All these 5 star reviews are by new accounts with under 5 reviews. Hmmmmm
I found a jewel. Guacamole made at your table. The most friendly and hospitable staff I ever encounter. Beautiful and elegant. They came from the kitchen to asked me how exactly I wanted my food (order out of the menu)...and nailed it. My beef so juicy and soft...the flavor was divine. I usually don't eat tortillas. However, I tried these (just because everything else was sooo yummy), hand made tortillas fresh and the corn flavor is amazing. I don't know how the do it, flavor jumps on every single dish. Yes, it has a side sports bar. Definitely coming back.
I gotta give kudos to the service...eventhough you have a waiter, all of them service all tables. Seems like they rotate to keep the water glasses full. The head of tables came to my 4 times to check how was everything and to see if I need something. Maybe, because I took my sweet time savoring all my food and enjoying the best latino music.
