This place is inside of the M Resort & Casino. They have awesome iced coffee & excellent desserts. My friend & I shared the tiramisu in a chocolate cup & it was TO DIE FOR.

What can I say about the condescending cashier Jennifer, her obnoxiousness the way she talks to people. It wasn't just me but the person she was assisting prior to my stepping up.I passed some guests getting a dozen or so items from the pastry/gelato line as I'm only getting drinks to go. They hadn't finished with their order and just as the person in front of me finishes, the people behind are wrapping up their purchase even if I have in fact finished assembling my order before they have.I get a lecture on how I need to stand behind these people, whether they are getting one item or 20, even if there is no one in line at the cashier. How does that make sense if I've completed my order before they have?That's like me having to wait to checkout at the supermarket when I've completed my order because some guy walked in minutes before me, but is being held up at the deli counter. Yes sir, but he got here first. It doesn't matter that you've completed your order, you have to wait for him to get his deli catering.That is off putting in so many ways. How about putting another cashier there?Unreasonable to suggest anyone should wait 10, 15, or 30 minutes despite no one being at the cashier when I completed my selections, which were in fact self service.Nonsensical. So, I was craving pancakes and decided to stop off at Baby Cakes (to go order). My past experiences have been great (dine in). However, this visit was horrible! The potatoes tasted old and stale. They were lukewarm and unedible. Maybe I was wrong, but I thought my bacon and egg meal came with three pieces of bacon; they only gave me two. The pancakes I couldn't even eat; they were doughy, in my opinion. Maybe they figured it was a Togo order, so they can just give me the old food sitting out. Uh, what a waste of $15. I probably won't be returning. Thanks, but no thanks.

Every time I come in she welcomes me with a huge smile on her face and I don't have to even ask for my drink as she starts to automatically make it as soon as she sees me. As an out of towner, I was looking for a custom cake for a special birthday that I could pick up on a Sunday and on a few days notice… Baby Cakes did not disappoint! Open 24 hrs so I was able to pick up the cake at 11pm when I arrived in LV. The cake was not only beautiful but very delicious! Highly recommended!

Let me first say, the food is absolutely amazing. I'm a diabetic and they are one of the few that have a sugar free option. I always stop and grab a few sugar free cheesecakes. One to eat and others to bring home. ( Yep I bring a small cooler, fat girl status ) Before I became a diabetic I had tried other things off the menu . Wonder why I became a diabetic , all me not them LOL. Service is great but this time all the tables had crap on them. I realize most people can be rude and don't respectably dump their own trash but even with that the tables were all dirty. This was the first time in several years that I had seen this so everyone can have an off day. Other than the tables every thing else was absolutely clean. Can't wait for the next trip to Vegas to grab more sugar free cheesecakes. I would absolutely love it if we could get more sugar free options but at least I will always be grateful for cheesecake.

I'm not happy with this place at all. We paid for our large size of gelato, we were supposed to get 4 scoops but they only gave us 2 scoops so we asked them why, their response was "I gave you big scoop" with bad attitude and our friend behind us got the exact same thing but double the size of ours. There's no reason to treat customers like this at all. So I guess they treat people depending how they feel like it then!! Instead of trying to fix it she just gives me bad tone of voice smh. I'll never come back here sorry for your business but the attitude just making it hard for us to come back! Also pick and choose which ones to get more.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The two employees and the manager were unbelievably rude on 10/12/23 after 6pm. Their partnership with Rockin Christmas made the mistake of not passing out vouchers for a free cup of hot chocolate and I wasn't aware until I went on M Resorts website after we completed the light show. Baby Cakes put the fault on us and said we had to go back into the cold (with my 6 month old son) to get our voucher from them. The employee was rude, sighed, and made us feel like a burden. The manager acted like she did us a favor giving us 4 hot chocolates, that took 20 minutes to make and were served luke warm at its best. I saw right through her artificial kindness. We inquired about another voucher that should have been given to us and that took another 45 minutes to complete. They seemed surprised that we waited that long. Instead of being rude to your customers, how about address the mix up with your partnership with Rockin Christmas employees. So much for happy holidays at the M Resort, they're all miserable. I'll have to pray for them. Stay away if possible.

This was my first time at this establishment and the deserts was tasty but the manager and the trainer of the poor girl was rude and the cashiers was mean. I have never had a customer service as rude to a customer in all my life and I work in customer service. Please fix that mess. I felt bad for the girl

I visited here a few times whilst staying at the M Resort. On the upsides, I found their selection of pastries and especially their cakes to be excellent. Their vanilla custard Napoleon was "to die for". I also liked their selection of ready-to-go salads. On the downside, I found certain staff on some shifts to be totally surly, while on other shifts they had really good staff, so their staffing/customer service was truly a mixed bag from my experience.
