Honestly.,. 5 or 6 months ago this place was a minimum four star probably 5...
Unfortunately they have now decided that targeting homeless people and going after their own clients for childish ridiculous rule violations like eating a cookie at the machine and kicking people out over it is it worthwhile cause they have completely lost my business where is part being they probably don't know or even really care even though I am a president's card holder insane truly insane....
The glimmering hope that this place has is wonderful cocktail service they're all amazing!!!!

Had pizza with some friends, food was good and so was the service.

Good locals casino with an old Vegas type vibe. People are friendly, including servers.
Beer was good, but unfortunately food was just mediocre (went with the prime rib).
They do allow smoking, both in the casino and the dining area which was a turnoff eating (but like I said old Vegas and I was eating in the bar area). There’s the game on plenty of TVs though so that’s a plus.

Good food and great service, especially when we have Alisa as our server.

It's a small place, usually not too busy when our family goes for early dinner or lunch after church. The menu is simple, homestyle food, decent portion sizes and prices, and it is always clean. Employees are friendly and ask how your day has been.

I liked the food, one of the best kitchens in the city.

The slots are loose enough on the weekdays, but on the weekends it's almost like this casino goes by the old rules of tourism! Furthermore the employees, especially the night security could most definitely benefit from some sort of kindness counseling or maybe even a course in proper business etiquette. In 13 years I have rarely experienced a situation such as this,but it seems it is more common than I was privey to. It was later in the evening, twords the end of the week. I was there with my husband.We had eaten a nice meal at the restaurant,then we went to play our usual free play & we had another $50 each for whatever.Well I had already spent $30 of my $50 when I decided to freshen up a bit so I went to use the restroom.Upon leaving the restroom I was approached by a security officer and asked for my ?.When I asked why was it now being requested as I was leaving the restroom and not while I was playing the guy commented very rudely"that I had not been playing the machines,as a matter of fact he was sure I wouldn't even have been able to afford a bottle of water from this establishment,"!Those weren't his exact words but none the less he was apparently insinuating I was a vagrant or worse. Naturally I retaliated!Just as I usually would in these situations.So of course it escalated to the point of my being kicked out!Now my husband & I have lived in the area for nearly 13-15 years. He & his father lived within blocks of where we live for 5-7 years prior to that.His mother, brother & several family members have come from Alaska on several occasions for visits.My mother and 4 of my 6 siblings have all come from out of town for visits all on separate occasions,all of which we brought to Barleys to get a small taste of the gambling scene or to the restaurant for a bite, or for specific sports events for the benefit of the big screens and the fact that there's more than 1 of them. It's sad to admit that will no longer be happening. I was treated with such disrespect that my husband had half a mind to involve our lawyer, (mostly because I am a disabled 44 year old woman of smaller stature and it was late at night and I was forced outside alone with no way of contacting him,)none the less we have not simply because us taking away the benefits of our money from this establishment is sufficient to me.

Definitely hate the all digital slots everywhere & lack of staff stinks. Food is nowhere to be found late night. Drinks are weak and not the same at all. I used to enjoy the local feel, but now everything is restricted and cold. I’ll pass! So disappointed in the new place. Has that strip feel.

Awesome place for food and gambling, right next to galaxy theater.
