Every time I order a flavor from this place it’s alaways out of stock don’t go here their freezers alaways are broken
Someone should call Baskin Robbins corporate and have them shut this one down. We've been going there for over 15 years. It used to be great. For many months now half the freezers are not working. We went there to get a banana split. The chocolate scoop was the consistency of a shake, mostly melted. It pretty much turned into a puddle. Then no napkins to deal with the mess. And the bathroom was out of order so we washed our hands from a bottle of water from our car in the parking lot. The young lady working there was so nice, but she was the only one there. Just a terrible experience. If the owners don't know how to run a business they should sell it to someone who does.
So, my husband and I went to enjoy an ice cream. Most of the freezers that display the ice cream were out of order and have been since I was there in the middle of the summer. They were out of sugar cones and out of napkins! I think we’ll just drive a little bit farther and go to Ben and Jerry’s.
If they don’t care enough to fix their freezers and stock the shelves, then I don’t care to go back again.
If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I ordered a cake for my son‘s 10th birthday, and when we cut into it, it was the wrong cake. When I went back to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do because I didn’t come back the same day I picked up the cake. We didn’t cut the cake until 930 at night at a birthday party with our entire family, so leaving to go to the store was not an option nor necessary. Andre were rude, belligerent, and wouldn’t do anything to help except offer a 15% discount on the next order. I had pictures to prove that the cake was wrong and the associate admitted he made a mistake and made the cake wrong. But they would still offered no remedy because I did not come in same day except for 15% off the next purchase. Do not go to this store.
Employees were phenomenal!!! Young man and young lady. Too bad the owners don’t stock the place with what these kids need to do their jobs. Always out of stuff leaving the employees to deal with it. Spend your money elsewhere.
The Young lady working here acted very racist today. I was here picking up a food delivery item and the lady refused to give me the order for pick up. The order was ready and bagged and she said i had to wait until she was done fixing other customers order. I'm doing food delivery and just picking up I explained . She made me wait almost 20 mins messing up the food delivery process. Very Racist .
They made us wait for too long. She was slow and rude. There was no spoon and they did not tell they didn’t have it. I would never come here again.
1/2 of the flavors are not in stock, not a SINGLE type of cone is available. I feel bad for the employees, everything I asked for they said they are out. Walls are literally broken.
Store looks like it’s about to close down
I’ve mixed experiences here but more negative than positive. Infrequent handwashing and cross contamination, employee touched my ice cream directly with bare hands after working register, wouldn’t recommend.
Ordered ice cream cone of rocky road and it tasted freezer burn. The marshmallows tasted stale. I asked for a replacement and explained why. She said unfortunately no. We'd have to charge you, but I can give you a discount. I told her no, refund my money for the transaction. She then said she had to ask her manager. About 5 minutes later, she came back and switched it to another flavor, which tasted off and I threw it away. We will not be back.

It’s Baskin Robbins , so it already sells itself with their ice cream but this review is mainly for the girl who helped us whose name I believed was Alexandria. It was last Friday night that we walked in to the store and it had several customers waiting to be served. Alexandria at the time was the only one working and she served everyone quickly with door dashers waiting for their orders, samples being requested, scooping , and making shakes.. she was moving quickly but was not short of smiling, making nice conversation to customers, and thanking them. We were a party of 7 and when she got to us her co worker arrived to help. With then a group of 5 fire fighters coming in and several other people. I would hope that they would staff maybe more employees on the weekends so they don’t get so bombarded with only one or two people working being so very busy. So thank you very much Alexandria for your tremendous customer service! Keep up the great work and hopefully you get commended for it and it will make us comeback!

Let me start by saying how disappointed I am. I ordered one scoop in a cup with a cone on top. The cone came wrapped in paper, but as I started eating, I discovered the paper was stuck to the cone. By this time, I had already bitten into it, as you can see in the picture.
I went back to the counter and kindly asked the staff member to replace the cone because it had paper glued to it. She apologized but said they couldn't replace it because I had already eaten part of it. How am I supposed to know if the paper is stuck unless I start eating?
What a disappointment.

I came to the baskin robbin’s just ONE minute after closing time and they refused to take my order even though it wouldn’t have taken much of their time just for a single scoop and they were helping someone while they told me they were closed! ??♂️?
