Came with my daughters here craving a sweet cold treat! I enjoy their cappuccino blast. And the girls really like the ice cream. Met Cara the manager who was very friendly. Greeted us as we walked through the door and even shared a nice discount that they were offering. They don't take large bills due to many unfortunate people, which I understand. It's ok I had another form of payment. But she was nice, quick with service and even shared the Monday nights deals they offer to families! Great and professional service. Will be coming back here this summer.

I went 2 nights in a row to grab ice cream for family. The first night there was a young girl working and she was very polite and friendly. The 2nd night we went the young man was reserved. The ice cream was delicious (it’s ice cream how can it be bad). I do love the convenience of this location. There is outdoor seating here and generous parking.

Kara is amazing and her cakes are beautiful. Definitely give this place a try. Love the new management. They really seem to be trying more than the previous management. What an awesome improvement!!

This Baskin Robins was okay the ice cream was good and the place was clean .There were many flavors to choose from. But There was just poor customer service . Unfortunately my little one had to use the restroom but it was out of order. Other wise I think this is a nice place to spend time with family and enjoy a tasty treat.

Who doesn't like ice cream? An indulgence now and then is fine. They have the common flavors on the back wall, as I wondered if they had just a plain chocolate which weren't in the display case. The young gentleman humored my request try the coffee oreo, but as usual, I fall back to my go-to chocolate and strawberry (or coffee). (Or praline). LolGood service and took them to go. Did not disappoint.

I purchased a 2 scoop rocket road sundae with marshmallow sauce, whipped cream and almonds, with extra marshmallow sauce. My complaint is......she took the marshmallow sauce and microwaved it until it ran out of the bottle like water. If I wanted something "hot" I would have ordered hot fudge. By the time I got home (which is 2 blocks) the ice cream was mostly liquid and what wasn't liquid was REALLY soft. Baskin & Robbins.....PLEASE train your employees! Marshmallow Sauce is not to be hot!!!!!!
We had a buy one sundae get one for $0.99 coupon. My son got student of the month so he chose this for his treat. He said since we have the coupon then his sister can have one too. I couldn't argue with that logic. Kira (sp?) was helping the kiddos and really made their experience great. She was explaining all the flavors and options with the sundae. Such a nice Friday treat! Thank you! We will be back

We took our daughter here right after her nearby visit to the pediatrician and the ice cream was delicious and the owner was so kind to us and went above and beyond! Definitely the place to go if you because this location is awesome!

Worst ownership ever this place has one employee working on the weekends during the most busy time don't waste your time and go here they probably won't even have the flavor ice cream you want. Honestly the place is a joke hopefully they lose their Baskin Robbins privileges Dairy Queen's across the street. Also the blonde little chubby kid has probably been eating all of the ice cream behind the counter that's why they have no flavors. SMH

Someone gave us gift cards to Baskin-Robbins. First, we went to the location at 4640 E Sunset Rd Henderson, NV 89014. They said they could not process the gift cards. Ridiculous. So we went to this location on Eastern Avenue instead. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door that read, "Credit Cards Only." I asked the young woman at the register, "Can you process a Baskin-Robbins gift card?" She said, "No. I don't know how to do that." I asked her how long she had been working there. She said, "Three months." So she's been working there for three months and she doesn't know how to process a gift card?! We asked two other employees there; one did not know how to do it, and the other did. So we order our ice cream, for three people. They charge us. We proceed to use the gift cards and they do not know what they are doing. They say the gift cards don't cover the cost of the ice cream. It does. Eventually, we get it done. They then proceed to start serving the next customer. Hello! They still haven't scooped our ice cream. These are some EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
