It was a really busy night and you could tell the workers were obviously stressed. The lobby was crowded and the managers were there. Instead of helping their employees like a good supervisor, they decided it would be better to walk out then berate the employees about THE GLASS DOOR? it wasnt even that bad but it seemed like they just wanted to be rude for no reason
I used to be a manager at starbucks and if i ever saw a line that large, i would be behind the counter with them. These managers clearly dont care about their employees. The employees were nice despite the rush and this makes me feel worst given how they are treated

When searching for location it’s tucked in the corner of the Smiths shopping center next to aloha restaurant.

Me and my family were all going out to eat ice cream and we were arriving 10 mins before closing before I just got off of work and the locks the door right as we parked. We asked if they were open through the window, which the shop is almost completely made of glass. They were laughing and pretending that we weren't there. Me and my kids were very disappointed.

There should be somewhere to sit outside. There is sidewalk room and also some outdoor space. Most if the staff is pretty sweet, but consistent, "Hellos" and a greeting would be nice. The place seems a little stale?

This location is super small, the employees were nice but not as friendly as other locations. They seemed preoccupied with others orders as they were talking to eachother while serving us. They also were talking about other guests that were in the location which I thought wasn't very professional, won't be visiting this location again I will continue to go to the other one.
