Took 45mins for our order. The team should work together on one order at a time because they are both super slow. They were doing full orders themselves. It took 45mins for 4 shakes. 11/16 around 8pm.

Last night I took my daughter to this location to get two quarts of ice cream. The blonde girl did NOT EVEN FILL UP MY QUART AND IT WAS $12! HUGE RIP OFF! Just because I was distracted by my kid doesn't give you the right to cheat me. I feel taken advantage of! We go here all the time but NO MORE. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE ANY MONEY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO. SHAMEFUL WITH PRICES THESE DAYS AMD CHEATING A DISTRACTED MOM! :(

I couldn't be any more happy with my experience. I called and the young lady who answered the phone was very nice. I asked her about a few different toppings that I wanted to see if they were in stock. When the lady said yes, I asked if I could just place my order over the phone and I would head right on over to pick it up. She took my order over the phone and when I arrived, the sundae was already bagged up waiting for me. A gentleman helped her ring the order up, and I was on about my day. I wish I had gotten their names but it was Sunday night. Thank you both for your incredible service!

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online and only received 1 when ordered 2. Also, ordered 2 double scoops and there was only 1. It wasn't even what I ordered. Also called the store and they did not care about it. They don't care about customers at all. Not coming back or ordering from this location again! 😡

Ordered 2 double scoops thru door dash. I received 1 and that one was not made correctly. I called store the employee was very rude and poor customer service. I asked when a manager will be in and he said they will not calling me back. He was very rude. His excuse was they were very busy so they screw customers with their orders. Not is no excuse. This store sucks. They take your money but not give you what you ordered.Will not go back to this store.

So I came in and there was a line out the door I ky two workers . One of the workers was helping customers but the other one was doing nothing from what I saw she didn't even offer to help the other lady with the customers. I stood in line for 15 min. Ridiculous

We've been regular customers here once a week for over two yrs. The other night we were surprised at how skimpy the scoops of ice cream have become and how little the amount of topping we were served. Also the recent employees aren't friendly and professional like the previous ones . Sorry, no tip this time, and we won't be back.
