Extremely disappointed with this location tonight as usual they were understaffed only one person working there I asked for a chocolate milkshake they had no milk and no chocolate ice cream. I've been here numerous times where they ran out of milk and didn't have most ice cream. This is ridiculous I will try to avoid this location from now on and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Probably the worst location in town. They always close earlier than advertised and I was told they couldn’t make my ice cream because they were short staffed. There were three people working and no other customers.

I stopped by around 8pm yesterday and had the worst experience with customer service. The cashier couldn’t even hear me because she had her AirPods in while taking my order

Great location nice staff and my ice cram was delicious. I will definitely go back. It’s in the food court.

U need to train your employees better. New girl gave me 2 tiny scoops for regular price. Had to tell her that’s wrong scoop. Also ordered another double scoop to go and and it totaled about one scoop again. Do we not have common sense or what. Train your employees.

Poor management and rude employees. They can't even keep hours posted ONLINE !!! They said open till 11pm!! They should be featured on dirty dinning too !! Looks like they can't keep true to their posted houre for YEARS NOW , Just look at all those 1 Stars!! Management should be FIRED!

I noticed this location shares space with Annie’s Pretzel. The employee was taking orders from the Baskin Robbins side. After waiting in line as he took several orders from the Baskin Robbin’s side, I asked the employee who was taking orders on the Annie’s side & he said he was which I politely stated I’ve been waiting in line I am next to be serviced & his response was to ignore me completely & continue taking orders from the Baskin Robbin’s side. I walked away. I believe his name is Jason, he needs training to be able to handle both businesses and in my opinion was extremely rude.
