Brisket was just okay, sides were tried (Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts, corn bread) were amazing. Kids eat free on Tuesday is a deal that cannot be beat!

Rude staff at pickup
I had the ribs, my wife had the catfish.
The catfish was very good, although the ribs were tender they didn't taste like they were smoked, more like seared then baked, I was not impressed. Mac n cheese was penna pasta n cheese with very little flavor

Chicken tenders were tough and absolutely no flavor! Cole slaw was "dry" chopped cabbage & carrots, no dressing at all!

WOW---Not in a good way! We have been customers for a long time. I'm not sure what the owner is thinking, but ALOT of changes have taken place over the past few weeks, and we are not too happy about them.
It is his/her business, so I'm not trying to be that guy. I'm definitely a little disappointed though. Got home with our food, instead of what they used to use for the pulled pork sandwich, theu have now replaced the awesome buttered garlic bread, for a simple plain barley buttered, hamburger bun....(Eww)
Dried onions now have to be asked for, and there are a few "added" sandwiches that just really are out of place....All in all, we will still go back, just not as often. The girl that took my order was a total sweetheart, and I was very glad that the owner didn't change that aspect of the business. BBq, in my opinion, should be simple. Let the meat speak for itself. Bomb bbq sauce is made in-house and is very solid.
A lot of the things that were changed ,I am not a big fan of.

So I was craving some BBQ for me and the roommate. Used Uber eats and they had decent rating so figured why not
Got some St louis ribs, mac n cheese and potato salad.
Ribs had a great smell and the taste was great.
That is where it ended. these were the toughest ribs I ever had. I needed a knife to get the meet off the bones. The Mac and cheese was just noodles with some cheese on it, barley melted at all
The potato salad was GREAT that and the house sauce is the ONLY reason this place got two stars at all
Whoever reads these needs to fire someone

My friend recommended that I try this place. I ordered online, it would be ready in twenty minutes, it wasn’t. The food was good enough for me to eat again. It could be a bit better.

If this brisket was smoked for 12-hours, it was definitely too hot. Based on the lack of smoke flavor and layer of fat that didn't render, I'd say it was around 6-hours. I ordered from Las Vegas, so it was even more disappointing, considering i had to wait so long. And the fact they cut it thick didn't make it very edible, so I literally threw $60 away.

I found Bell's BBQ about five years ago, and it has been my favorite BBQ spot in town ever since. The flavors and quality remind me of my favorite BBQ joint back in Texas. Every dish is consistently delicious and packed with that authentic BBQ taste. If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome bbq!! And they have a lot of gluten free options and take precautions with cross contamination. I have celiac disease and felt safe getting food from here.

average. horrible organization. This is BBQ, 84 percent of the menu is prepared prior-meaning most of your job is plating. No reason whatsoever to have to wait over 40 minutes LATE for an order. "we are trying" obviously not hard enough. More staff than people in the lobby, with no direction. The "owner" was on the line, no gloves. Code enforcement really needs to take a look at this place. Chairs blocking exits, no clear direction in the restaurant, maybe a food truck is more their speed. Tickets all spread everywhere, I saw my ticket go from counter to ticket holder back to counter to forgot about, 20 minutes later, oh we don't know how long. You are not making a new brisket. You are not making new sides. If your out of something, it should be known to the customer BEFORE they come to pick up their food, heard at least 3 people who ordered get told-we don't have anymore corn, why weren't they told before they came instead. No a substation is not ok, is it ok if I substitute payment with Monopoly money? again NO ORGANIZATION, its understandable if there is NO STAFF, but again, more staff than people waiting inside. When someone orders food, someone actually has to take the order, and that person should be made aware if a menu item is sold out, that's GREAT, that's awsome, that means its a good thing, but to wait until the person arrives is UNPROFESSIONAL, and again, standard on a food truck. Like I said, probably a great food truck, but a full restaurant, they just aren't cutting it. Sure the food ok, but service is HORRIBLE. ITS A food line. staff no beard nets. Giant cook in the back with his facial hair all in everyones food sweating and only thing he had was an apron, hair nets? nope, baseball hats. DISGUSTING. Cross contamination for SURE.

Sunday at 5:30pm and no one sitting inside and can’t serve you because they have too many take out orders. 40 minutes wait and lots of staff. Unbelievable. Waste of a drive…
