We can't tell you enough how we have been waiting for a fantastic BBQ place to show up in this side of town. The atmosphere was such an upgrade compared to the last restaurant that was in this place. Along with the service and food to match! We walked in on the second day of soft opening so we weren't expecting much but boy were we in for a major surprise! Every dish we ordered was absolutely amazing! The half Rack of ribs were caked with dry rub and cooked to perfection. When eating ribs with my wife, I usually need to cut the meat off the bone, but that action was futile. I want to go move the ribs by a bone and the bone literally slid right out and the meat fell off the bone. The brisket was dripping with juice and perfectly smoked. The corn bread was exactly how I like it; a hint of sweetness a little chewy and doesn't fall apart in your hands. The fries were not typical either. They were delicious! Perfectly seasoned. Then came the green beans..... Oh the green beans!!! Covered in garlic and butter yet wasn't drenched to the point of feeling heavy.

As for the service, my wife was looking for a place to park her wheelchair and the only spot that would accommodate her wheelchair was a huge round table. And it looked like it was just her, even then this tall gentleman rushed to pull out a chair to make space for her. I walked over and said we have four total but we can't fill up this table. He kindly said not to worry it's not a problem at all. On top of just opening and people learning the operations of this establishment, the customer service was fantastic.
Oh I almost for to mention the price! Earlier in the day we just spent $26 for a meal and a half at fatburger. Here we spent $32 on two meals and a soda.
If Big B's can keep all these aspects up, especially the quality and taste, we will be coming here so long as we live in Vegas.

Full rack of ribs was so dry that I had to take a dip of water with every bite. Worst ever!!! At $30, I had to throw half a rack away. Way overcooked!!!!! My wife had brisket which was also overcooked. Fries were so greasy the bag tore open.

BigB’s is the best! They recently catered our organization’s dinner event. They have catering packages with great value. We had three different meat options, three sides, and bread rolls. They delivered on time and the food was hot and ready to serve! Best of all— everyone LOVED the food. Moist bbq meat and flavorful, hot food. It’s not complicated and they delivered! 5 stars!

This place exceeded my expectations. We ordered the pulled pork, brisket baked beans and mac & cheese. All were juicy and creamy. We will definitely be back and the customer service was excellent! They even game me a sample of the meat since I was concerned the meat maybe dry but it was moist and juicy.

4th of July chaos. Took 20 minutes to get to the cashier to order my food and was told there's a 25-minute wait to get the food. Being its holiday, I understand. 55 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my order. Went to the cashier to ask for a refund and was told it should be out in 5 minutes. An hour wait later I got my to go order. My full rack of baby back ribs is very dry as well as the tri-tip. It seems like they prioritized the online orders rather than the walk ins because they are getting their order way faster than all of us waiting.. Most likely not trying this place in a very long time.

Best BBQ in Vegas, Big B’s nails that real Texas BBQ vibe. The brisket was super tender with great smoke, fries were crispy, and the slaw balanced it all out. Staff was super friendly, vibe was easygoing, and it smelled amazing the second we walked in. Definitely coming back!

Had a 2 meat plate with brisket and beef ribs with corn on the cob and fries as the side. Brisket was kind of tender but nothing to write home about. The meat on the ribs had to be ripped off with my teeth from the bone, not tender or falling off the bone at all. Both meats seemed to be overcooked. Corn was okay at best, tasted like the frozen ones with a bit of butter on them. The fries were the best part of the meal, they were tasty with the malt vinegar. The bbq sauce is runny (and a bit bitter only for my taste personally). For around 27.50 I got that and a drink and in my opinion is not worth the money for the quality or quantity of food. I ate on a Sunday afternoon so maybe I just went at a bad time but I'm not willing to risk another visit again. The service was excellent and the people at the register were very kind and patient. The atmosphere was cozy too, but the atmosphere doesn't make the food taste better. Many thanks to the kind employees, despite the subpar food. If you want good bbq, unfortunately look elsewhere.

Really liked the food here. I just wish they had more choices for BBQ sauce. I'm more of a Memphis/St. Louis/Kansas City sauce person but I know this is Texas style. The portions are huge and the food has really good flavor. This place is going to be in regular rotation for me.

Don't waste your time here! The brisket does not have a ring and it is extremely dry and flavorless! When their sign says Put little South in your mouth is a understatement by all means. The bbq sauce is super sweet, the green sauce tastes like mustard. The beans are full of cinnamon and brown sugar. I spent too much time in Texas to know better.
