Bad customer service each time I go there and orders missing food.

We are frequent customers and absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service is always great. They have the best wings in Las Vegas — hands down! Every visit is a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I will NEVER order from this place again. I don’t know if it’s the cook that is on shift but the food was terrible. I ordered the fish dinner with fries and an additional 3 pieces of fish, the burger combo and the steak sandwich. Let me tell you!! The fish was burnt, looked like it was cooked in old grease, and double fried in it as well. It was overly salty and dried up! The burger combo I ordered was missing fries and the onions in the words of my 14 year old daughter, “tasted spoiled.” My son ordered the steak sandwich. In his words, “ Too much grease and the sandwich tasted spoiled. I took one bite and had to spite it out!”

I’m born and raised in California. I love me a good fried fish meal. I was highly disappointed. Happy to that I had finally found a place that I could get a good fish meal when I didn’t have time to fry the fish myself. Smh a huge disappointment because the lady I spoke with over the phone was wonderful. The Uber driver was even great, but the food sucked! You can’t play with people’s food. People can get sick. These chefs have to take more care and the restaurant need to make sure the products to cook with are fresh and not spoiled. Cook with love and patience, not in a rush without care. This is what we ingest in our bodies. We want to enjoy our food. If you don’t like cooking GET OUT THE KITCHEN!

We had been in Vegas for a week and were tired of all the over priced food. We went beyond the strip to try and find some wings and came across this place. The reviews were mixed but I didn’t let that matter I still gave it a chance. We sure are glad we did. If we would have known about this place we would have definitely came multiple times. The lady that worked the counter was nice and made sure we understood what we were ordering. I had the traditional wings lemon pepper, we had traditional naked and also we had tenders in the lemon pepper. The flavor was amazing. The chicken was not over cooked. The wings still had a good crunch. The tenders were great to nice and juicy not over cooked. Couldn’t taste the grease. If we ever fly back in since we’re from Indianapolis we will most definitely look it up. Don’t let others bad reviews make your mind up we didn’t and we were satisfied. I love wings and these were good!

Don’t go here , go somewhere where they love what they do , they treat everyone with respect and you can’t sense the attitude from a mile away. As soon as I walked in I vibed out everything immediately and it told me to run. From the signs they have up hand written that say LISTEN WHEN WE REPEAT YOUR ORDER. How dare you talk to people like that who are supporting your business and keeping you open?? I will never understand people who are ungrateful for what they have and the love and support other people show. Praying things change here for the better . May you all be blessed and it stinks in there🙏😊
.I 😊ended up leaving after speaking to the First Lady that came around the corner making demands instantly , didn’t even greet me . Stop trying to make others feel powerless sis. It doesn’t look good ❤️‍🩹.

From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Short lady with the lip fillers acted as if she didn’t want to work. When she brought out my food she didn’t even hand it to me, she SAT IT ON A TABLE & WALKED AWAY!!! Her attitude was just as disgusting as the wings. I got “hot lemon pepper” which is nothing but a thick spicy bbq sauce. (I was expecting a hot sauce with lemon pepper. Makes sense right?) My bleu cheese was old and had a very tan tint to it. Fries had no salt, no seasoning. My boyfriend had the shrimp po boy and said that the grease could be changed but overall he enjoyed it. Restaurant smelled like a nail salon which is one a few doors down and they might share a ventilation system but the odor was very strong. As a pregnant woman, I couldn’t take it. I’ll accept mediocre food if the customer service was fine but no. All around it wasn’t a good experience

Worst customer service ever… I didn’t want any money back I just wanted something else because the food was too spicy. Rude. They called the police on me instead of choosing to satisfy a customer. Disgraceful

Great Blue Cheese, delicious wings. The young lady taking orders is very attentive. Sports on TV and good music. A perfect first date place for sure.

Black lady in the store was rude as it can be plus my food was soggy I ask them to remake it they say they can’t do that and more probably with this store

Food is cooked to order, hot! I called to place my order and they asked for payment which I couldn't give while driving. Inconvenient but... Catfish isn't the best but, it's not the worst. They are kind, place is clean.
