Outstanding food, beer, and service! We were there on March 8, 2025. Whoever is in charge of the music should be awarded a gold medal! 👏🍻😎✌️
The name had us dashing to the restaurant, I mean what could be better than biscuits AND bourbon?!! We're also huge BBQ lovers so it was definitely something we were looking forward to!
The Bourbon Bloody Mary was really good! Wasn't sure about the sweetness of the bourbon but it paired nicely with everything and gave the drink a nice smokey rich flavor. We shared the single biscuit and gravy as an appetizer and it was spot on! The biscuit was phenomenal, they definitely know what they're doing with that! The gravy was also delicious, plenty of sausage and a richness that set it apart from any I ever had.
The service and BBQ were where it fell apart. We started at the bar but were ignored so sat at a table and eventually the bar tender came over! Took our drink orders and didn't come back, another gal delivered them and took our order. We waited forever!! Biscuit came out and we thoroughly enjoyed it then we waited what seemed like a very long time for the entrees. They were lukewarm so sadly, they had been sitting somewhere. The burnt ends were literally swimming in sauce, way too sweet for me and definitely not rendered enough. The brisket and tri tip were just okay, no seasoning just the smokey flavor and a bit over cooked. Not a great experience, just okay!

The lunch was horrible and overcooked. We came for breakfast and had to wait almost an hour before even ordering, only 15 of that was not at a table waiting to be served, and it was too late for breakfast by the time they came to take our order. Our server was really nice but it was over all just not a very good experience.

Coming from golf at Chimera and chose to come here soley due to the name. Great surprise!
Ole Towne feel to street and restaurant. Somewhat pleasant hostess much better servers. They have a nice drink menu but 12:30 pm lunch and 40 minute drive home followed by church didn't allow for a taste. We will be back to try some of the cocktails.
Sooo icetea was good and strong, not watered down. Tried the Bourbon Candied Pork Belly which had nice flavor and recommend to try. Some pieces were straight fat so watch what you grab. Next was the Brisket Hoagie, again pleasantly surprised. Enough difference from the pork belly to go back and forth . The fries were flavorfully and had enough potato not to be skinny sticks. Wife got the ice berg wedge salad and was not a fan, left most of it and snagged my fries.
Looking forward to go back and try more on the menu, I think it's worth the drive. 👍🏼

Awesome branding and variety in the menu. But the food was as average as can be. Like not even as good as a counter service restaurant. Server was charismatic and nice, made us feel at home; but made errors at nearly every opportunity.
Cool place, and I wouldn’t be mad if I had to go here for an event or something. But I wouldn’t go here by choice again. It’s not BAD, just disappointingly average for the price point, location, and style.

The biscuits & various jams and honey were great. Mango Habanero is fabulous. Good selections of cocktails.

Breakfast was amazing. The biscuits are divine and homemade jam was fantastic. We can’t wait to go back and try more. Our waitress Tracy was very friendly and made it that much better to visit.

Poor service, we were forgotten about multiple times, even though there were maybe 6 tables. First we got food, no silverware, we asked for a different type of BBQ sauce, never was brought, had to wave the waitress down to get water, then waited over 10 minutes once we were done eating to get noticed for the bill. The BBQ was just ok, the sides weren't good. The menu stated watermelon was supposed to come with a BBQ meal, we didn't get any. We just wanted to get out of there.

Absolutely amazing food and service.
We were staying in Vegas and had to drive a little ways to get to this location, but it was well worth every penny and the time.

Great food
Like most of the restaurants on Water Street District this restaurant has all of the potential of a winner but just doesn't produce in the food area. Had a briskit sub and the bread was good taste was good but there was very little briskit in the sub. C’mon man! Don’t be so cheap with what is the main food at the whole place!

We were not impressed, the place was dead. The food was 2 steps below Lucille’s sides were not flavorful or appealing. Brisket was dry and the flavor tasted almost rancid. We really loved the name and were hoping for something way better than what we were served.

I will definitely be back! Great food so much flavor accept the Mac and cheese huge disappointment. The burnt ends baked beans, the corn, brisket, ribs, raspberry lemonaid, tri tip dip! All was exceptional. Services was great! And location is beautiful vibes!
