This is the Sunday brunch place for my wife and I. Great atmosphere and service. Buscuits and gravy with a fried egg on top is our order. (Coming from homemade southern cooking I give there recipe a thumbs up which is rare) Old fashioned on tap for me. Strawberry tequila smash for my wife.

Stacey has always been amazing. And now Ethan is at the bar and they are the dream team.

My husband and I visited Biscuits and Bourbon for breakfast on the way out of Las Vegas. We sat at the bar and were helped by Ethan (Hawk) and Terry. They were so friendly and funny.
I ordered the pork belly, fried green tomato benny, my husband ordered the fried chicken biscuits and gravy. When I tell you those were both some of the best breakfast dishes we’ve ever had, you better believe it!
We also drank some delicious coffee, orange juice and an old fashioned that was premade on tap!!
We will definitely be back for more next time we come out here and would recommend this place to anyone!

Tried Biscuits and Bourbon per the internet’s recommendation. I am a huge fan of southern food, having lived in Virginia for 4 years.

The menu was pretty extensive with a lot of great options, I was sad I couldn’t try it all. They were out of pork belly (at 10am) which was disappointing!

I ordered bacon, egg and cheese biscuit- 10/10. Delicious! Truly one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had.

French toast and breakfast potatoes were good, but not great.

The gravy was disappointing.

I want to say this place had an off night, but the 1 star is for the “manager” and how she handled our table. We ordered drinks, sides, and some of the more expensive plates with a bill over $120.
Our food was SUPER dry and honestly not really edible, you can tell it had been sitting under warmers for a LONG time.
The “manager” took off a child’s drink from the bill. A whopping $6… I wasn’t expecting the meal to be comped, but the “remedy” almost felt more insulting than anything. I was shocked.

I could not in good conscience rate more than 4 stars. Perhaps should be only 3. Partially because I just came back from a trip in Lexington Kentucky and had 3 days of exceptional beef brisket BBQ. In comparison, Biscuits and Bourbon’s brisket was dry and tough. I picked beans and corn for sides, which was decent. BBQ sauce was mediocre.

The setting was nice and service was friendly. Just the BBQ wasn’t quite up to expectation.

service wasn't great, had to ask multiple times for water. The burnt ends were definitely burnt. The meat was dry and tough. Didn't try the breakfast but probably should have. Hot links were good. 60$ for lunch for 2, is kind of pricey for the portion size and quality of food. Server seemed friendly but she didnt come aroynd often.
