Good service inside skinnyfats but no drive thru blaze of thunder open ,?disappointing to come down for it to be closed, okay so as far as the food goes I asked for my sandwiches to be cut in half and they only did for one and never gave me my coleslaw on the side, the sandwiches tasted Burnt and dry , like a dry Cajun rub on the chicken , nothing like the pictures of the blaze of thunder sandwiches, the truffle fries tasted like the bag of fast food fries you cook at home. I would recommend trying somewhere else if you want hot chicken sandwiches, can’t rate the other food cuz I have never tried but disappointed over blaze of thunder

FALSE ADVERTISING! Over cooked, not even fried chicken with barely any coleslaw. Bad experience, would not recommend Nashville hot chicken sandwich.

Who doesn't like a little spice in their lives. Flavor was great, heat was spot on, and the warning is for real.

BEST hot chicken sandwich in Henderson! It's a drive thru window if you want to customize your spice levels (regular blaze of Thunder sandwich is on the SkinnyFATS menu) so make sure you order thru the drive thru sign! Chicken tenders are sooo juicy, can't go wrong with them either! I'd go with the medium spice level, with Mac and cheese or Cajun fries, and then a nilla wafer banana pudding to cool off! I absolutely love this spot for hot chicken & can't wait to be back!

SO GOOD. It's around 10$ for the sandwich, and you can get a combo for $14. The banana pudding will send you to the moon with pure happiness. Staff is mega friendly, (which isn't usually something that's easy to notice at a drive thru!) and go above and beyond. Sandwiches are definitely messy so I would not recommend eating in your car lol.

We went through the drive-thru. We had some issues with our order and LaLa made sure our needs were met. LaLa gave us some of the greatest customer service I’ve ever seen! That girl needs a raise ASAP!

Let me start off by saying, it did not know that coleslaw on a hot chicken sandwich would be so delightful...GENUIS! Their fries are the best because they are steak fries (my favorite type of fry). Pricey, BUT THIS. PLACE. IS. GOLD. Must try! Kuddos Blaze of Thunder! :D

Hidden gem! It's absolutely delicious! Very flavorful! My bestie and I come here often, they always have great customer service and if you love ranch, you know when the ranch is good! And their ranch is delicious! We love the Cajun fries as well!!!

Let me start by saying that I'm a 35 year old father of 3 who lives in a small town and enjoys trying new restaurants when I go to a city. After reading some of the reviews after eating here, I realized that I'm not the normal clientele for this restaurant, but that didn't make a difference in service or food quality. I mention this because I noticed that some people are pointing out how great it is that they have agave straws. If you're like me, this is a little troubling. If a restaurant has a choice between paper and plastic straws I choose the plastic, and then when my environmentalist friend asks me why I didn't grab a paper one I'm like, "they had paper straws!?" *riiiiiip* "well this one's already open and headed for the landfill,so I'd better just use it." Because while it's not nice to say, having my soda taste like homework is too high of a price to pay to help that one turtle that got a straw stuck up it's nose. So, you can imagine my annoyance when I saw the brown straw. I mean, I was still going to use it, I just had to prepare myself for the taste of newspaper. Let me tell you, in these divided times, agave straws are going to bring us together. It was ridged like a plastic straw, durable like a plastic straw, and tasted like nothing like a plastic straw (and a all straws should be). I guess it also doesn't stick in turtles' noses. So, don't let the agave straw dissuade you. If a company wants to signal to us how virtuous they'd like us to think they are, while still pleasing those of us who don't care, that agave straw is the way to go. For the food: I ordered the chicken strip meal with the Cajun fries and the cola option of the company they get their anti-establishment soda from. The soda was good. Sweeter than coke, but without the bite. Serviceable. The fries were good. Crispy and with an earthy spice to them. The whole meal was $15, which I thought was a little steep when I ordered (but it's the price you pay when you try new places), but when I got the meal I realized it wasn't steep at all. Those "strips" are basically chicken breasts. So, I'd share with a friend or 3 if I went back. And I luckily checked before I started driving. This is not eat-while-you-drive food, so keep that in mind. I would say it's crunchy, more than it is crispy. The batter looked more pressed-on than just dipped and fried. The inside is juicy and very hot (temperature). It's made to order and the temp let's you know it. There isn't much flavor right off the bat in the chicken, so my recommendation is too eat the fries and let the chicken rest for a while. I ate the first breast there, so I could get on the road, but the piece I ate a couple of hours later was much better. The flavors need to mingle a while longer I guess. I got the first level of heat, but wished I'd gotten the second, or third. In my family I'm known as a light weight when it comes to spice, but outside of my family I'm known as someone who can handle a little more than the average, so you can best choose your heat choice. All in all, I don't know if I'd go back intentionally. It was good, but not good enough to go out of my way to have it again. If I was with some people in Vegas and someone said they wanted some deep fried chicken strips, I'd probably say we should think about going here. It's worth the money if you have people to share it with, or can eat 4 chicken breasts by yourself. Good, but not great.

Chicken was moist, flavor was good, was spicy but not like I'm finna die spicy. Definitely gonna come back

Such good chicken!! It's juicy and perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent and I hope to be back soon! Please make more locations!

Had the chicken sandwich and was seasoned well but was a bit over cooked. My chicken wasn't juicy like I like it to be. Chick file is juicier but not seasoned as well. Would try it again and hope for a better chicken patty tho. Loved the fries. I've been on the crawl for the best chicken sandwich in Vegas and so far Dave's Hot Chicken is in 1st.

Mmmm fly over to blaze of thunder for some hot chicken. I got a simple fried chicken sandwich, mild because I'm weak sauce. The chicken portions are huge. I really dig the flavor. The coleslaw was really light; I wish there was more honestly. The bun wasn't really anything too special but the chicken makes up for it. Was a nice first experience.
