This Blaze location is the best! Tolerant of grandchildren making a mess and the food is excellent. Friendly employees and manager. It’s our favorite after gymnastics lunch - we go almost every Tuesday !

I used to eat blaze pizza once a week. Once a week. I can pull up my credit card statements if you want.
Then they increased their cardboard pizza prices to over 10 dollars, they used to be 7-8. There's no way in hell that pizza costs 12 dollars.
So instead of getting 40 dollars from me a month you're now getting 0. Who do you think you are blaze? Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention over time you try and put less and less toppings on.

The ingredients are good. Pizza baked well, right crispness, not soggy. $11.99 for a pizza is a good deal.

They made us wait while they made online orders, used up all the red sauce, and then tried to rush us through the line. Just a bunch of teens who don't care. Avoid this hit mess.

Extremely disappointing experience — serious management and hygiene concerns.
I’m honestly not sure how this place stays in business. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everything was a disaster.
There were six employees behind the counter and only two customers in line behind me, yet my order — just two pizzas — took nearly 20 minutes to complete. One of them came out burnt, and when I pointed it out, the staff insisted it wasn’t, even though the edges and bottom were as black as coal. After multiple attempts to get the issue addressed, we had to request a refund.
When the “manager” finally appeared, she looked completely unwell — red eyes, unsteady on her feet, hair completely uncovered and unkempt. It took her several minutes to process the refund, repeatedly asking questions that were clearly answered on the receipt. She even had to call someone for instructions and ultimately gave back the wrong amount.
The overall cleanliness was alarming. The prep line was messy, with tomato sauce splattered everywhere — on utensils, in other sauce containers, even on the glass divider. One employee sneezed while making a pizza and didn’t change gloves. There seemed to be no supervision, no sense of hygiene, and no training in customer communication.
I ordered a simple pizza with just red sauce and artichokes, yet the same employee kept asking at every station whether I wanted cheese or meat. I had to repeat “just sauce and artichokes” five times. When I finally emphasised “JUST,” she walked off abruptly, leaving my order half-finished until someone else took over.
It appeared to be a young, inexperienced team — which I tried to be understanding about — but their confusion and lack of guidance were glaring. The “manager” herself seemed unable to function, and frankly, I question whether she was fit for duty that day.
No one wore visible name tags except for Sam, the person at the oven.
If this location is meant to represent the Blaze brand, it fails miserably. Blaze should be embarrassed by the state of this store. With the right tools, ingredients, and staffing, pizza shouldn’t be this hard. I’m from Napoli, Italy, where pizza has been made to perfection for centuries — without conveyor lines or assembly chaos. It’s a simple concept: quick, clean, and consistent.
This store needs serious intervention — proper training, supervision, and basic cleanliness standards — before it can even begin to live up to the idea of fast, quality pizza.
This was my first time getting pizza at this location. The atmosphere was nice, except a homeless man was sitting at a table next to us and when our food was ready he kept looking over- I don’t have any words. (I’m not heartless so I ordered a pizza for him) but when you’re a paying customer that shouldn’t be something that is allowed. Food is always amazing, this location however didn’t have the freshest ingredients and were out of some toppings completely!

I love blaze. They have all the topics, including artichoke, which I love. They have a garlic pesto sauce thats delicious. It's the only pizza place I go to when I want pizza. The rest of the family can have pizza hut 😆 expect to spend at least 15.00 on a pizza (with four ranches 🤣)

We usually love Blaze but this location was not great. They were out of straws & Lids for drinks. Table layout is weird too. Pizza was a bit soggy yesterday. Maybe it was just an off day. Like I said,we usually love Blaze.
