Blaze needs to train their young man/cook better that was there last night. I watched him burn 5 pizzas in the extra 30 mins I was near the counter waiting too long for my online order. The mgr was even getting frustrated with the cook so he stepped in to cook my 2 pizzas for the 2nd time.

Seven employees standing around in the front of the house took them 15+ minutes to not even finish two orders. We left and went somewhere else. Wasn’t even busy. Just purely slow.

I swear it’s one of the best pizza i have ever eaten in my life. (because i was the one telling them what to put on top haha) A lot of options for toppings, they put a great amount on there! I have waited maybe 5 minutes and it was already baked in front of my eyes! Really friendly staff! The shop is clean and the restroom is clean as well! Plenty of parking. Will come back 100%

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and two drinks for delivery via the Blaze app. The delivery driver only delivered the breadsticks. Called the delivery driver and he said it was no big deal. DoorDash says to contact the Blaze store. Called the Blaze store and they said it was a DoorDash error. Nobody offered any solutions or a refund for my order. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Personally I’m a big fan of Blaize. I like the fact you can custom build the Pizza, and get it with a thin crust, and there are other crust options.
However, I think the staff could be a lot more cheerful and make the experience more customer friendly.
Maybe a touch of Trader Joe’s customer service training might help!

Very poor service. I ordered ahead of time so by the time I get the the restaurant I can pick up and go. I showed up 20 mins after I ordered and they haven’t even put my order in the oven. People that showed up at the same time I did get their pizzas faster than mine. Ended up waiting 15 mins after arriving and wasting my time. 35 mins with no rush is very bad. After I asked for icing on the side that comes with the cinnamon bread and they said it was extra. Extremely disappointing experience.
