Personally I’m a big fan of Blaize. I like the fact you can custom build the Pizza, and get it with a thin crust, and there are other crust options.
However, I think the staff could be a lot more cheerful and make the experience more customer friendly.
Maybe a touch of Trader Joe’s customer service training might help!

Very poor service. I ordered ahead of time so by the time I get the the restaurant I can pick up and go. I showed up 20 mins after I ordered and they haven’t even put my order in the oven. People that showed up at the same time I did get their pizzas faster than mine. Ended up waiting 15 mins after arriving and wasting my time. 35 mins with no rush is very bad. After I asked for icing on the side that comes with the cinnamon bread and they said it was extra. Extremely disappointing experience.

Blaze Pizza on St. Rose Parkway in Henderson is a great spot for a quick and tasty bite! We built our own pizza, and my father-in-law absolutely loved his — especially with all the meat options. The pizza was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and the place was super clean, including the restroom. Definitely coming back!
This is the second blaze Pizza location that I've eaten at and it had a much more attentive staff than the other one by the Galleria Mall. The pizza was made and cooked perfectly. You cannot beat the price point for the build your own pizza.

We went recently to Blaze on St. Rose. It was our first time there as we used to go to Blaze on Eastern until it suddenly closed.
The experience was awful. The place was a mess both mentally and physically. Every person in line was unhappy, the POS wasn't working or scanning coupons correctly, the staff was having issues, multiple ingredients were out, online orders continued to be completed prior to guests waiting in line frustrating them even more, the oven lady was moving like a sloth. It was bad. I run mega casinos with 20+ F&B outlets each. The thing customers hate most is seeing a bunch of employees in a practically empty restaurant and not being able to get seated or served. That's what happened here.
It's one datapoint, but the team made no attempt at service recovery (comp drink, cheesy bread, or dessert -- things that have near nil food cost) to make up for what was clear frustration by customers -- many of the customers were speaking up or were obviously displeasured via their not-so-subtle under their breath comments.
We were personally disappointed when Eastern closed as we never had these issues there and the place always seemed packed.
I am not sure we'll be back anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Waited forever . Barely any toppings on pizzas meanwhile everyone else's in line had mountains of toppings. I could of got more with the $5 pizzas at dominos or little Ceasars. Signature spicy pepperoni picture shows a pizza with so much pepperoni you can't see anything else , meanwhile homie put 6 pieces of pepperoni on the pizza and ignored when asked for more. I don't know if he was deaf or stoned but cmon.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this location. This was my first ever trying Blaze. I going in to get the 5 for $35 deal, 3 pizza and to sides. Your choice of meatballs , salad, cheesy bread, or dessert. We chose salad and cheesy bread. We asked the first young lady can we BYO salad she must've been new because she really didn't know and also said it comes with the deal, which it does not come with the deal we had to choose it. So we proceeded to say we wanted to BYO our salad everything was fine and she made our salad. We go to pay and HEATHER I'm guessing the manager is at the cashier and told us with the worst attitude that the BYO salad didn't come with the deal we were taken back because of how rude she was about it. I said the sign said you can get a salad. Instead of her saying it's 2 salad option (Caesar or Caprese) she tells me and my guess to go read the sign it's on the sign and she's not going to argue with us about it. As we inform her of the attitude she tells us to watch our attitude. Never have I experienced such bad customer service. She could of simply said it was a miscommunication and the only salads come with it are?.... But she didn't so we decided to get the meatballs instead as she walked off and told the young lady to put the salad back, we were so upset to the point we didn't get our cheesy bread I won't be back if she is there.

Went in tonight for two pizzas. 45 mins later wound up asking for a refund. The staff was hustling, but they always seem a body or two short. If three people are making pizzas and only one is cooking and boxing, it is a recipe for a mess. Overcooked pizzas, my second pizzas was flat out missing, and the line was a mess. We come here all the time, but the consistency is spotty.
This is regarding the company not having enough staff, not the staff themselves. Sunday, lunch time, only 3 ppl working? The two poor ppl working in the front were doing 4 ppl jobs. It took 30 min just to order.

We LOVE Blaze and so glad to have a location close to Inspirada. The staff is always friendly and professional. The food is fresh , this location is always clean and the atmosphere is inviting. The general manager (I’m bad with names but I believe her name was Heather) even took time to check and see how we were doing.

No manager, no supervisor……absolutely no adults working there. Such a lack of supervision. Super super SUPER SLOW SERVICE. do not go to St. Rose location. Unless you have an extra hour just for takeout. Will never go back and will not recommend.
