We had a special occasion to emjoy dinner at tdhe Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar and it was exceptional. I had Wagyu Steak Frites with Miso Sauce and it was one of the best steak I've ever had. My wife had Surf and Turf and it was delicious and cooked perfectlu medium, just the way she likes it. The social hour drink menu made my glass of wine and a small pitcher of sake reasonably priced. We plan to go again.
What an absolutely delightful visit to our favorite spot in all of Las Vegas and Henderson. My wife and I have enjoyed many wonderful meals across the valley—there's no shortage of restaurants where the food is beautifully prepared and the service is excellent. I always go for happy hour, for the Kyoto Old fashion... Not a fan of hand rolls so I always get the spicy tuna roll (even though it's not on happy hour menu.) Sat at the sushi bar so watched Aaron make my roll and he was very friendly!
