Borracha Mexican Cantina

We invited friends of ours to dinner to celebrate my friends's husband‘s birthday. The food server was very sweet and nice however, we had asked for more salsa that never came the tortilla soup was served almost cold and the bowl was not filled up for what was charged , we pointed this out and another soup was brought. The server brought out a birthday ice cream and placed in front of our friend ,  with all the dirty dishes and table completely unattended to With out, asking us if we would like to also have any dessert. I finally asked a bus boy who was cleaning off other tables that were empty without guests if he could, please clear our table off finally our food server came after the birthday guest had already finished his ice cream and put the dessert menus on the table 15 minutes later when basically we were already for the check ! We did mention this to the Waitress and she had really no valid excuse as business owners who have also owned restaurants. The Managment must train their employees to be on top of Customer Service. Why do we have to sit at a table dirty with dishes, not being cleared as the restaurant was not busy and the bus boy Just completely ignored our dirty table and setting dessert down at a dirty table and not offering the other guests at the table, coffee or dessert until they are about to leave it didn't make sense. This was our first time going based on the photos on the website.

Borracha was kind enough to invite me to celebrate my 83rd birthday with an offer of a complimentary dinner. The Margaritas along with the several dishes my wife and I had were delicious. Our waitperson, Tita, was terrific and very welcoming. I hope she'll be there the next time we dine at Borracha!!

Everything was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food! We have been 3 times now and everything is consistently good!

Great Mexican food, always fresh and tasty! When you don't want to leave the casino, this is a great choice!

Very nice place. The salsa is amazing!! The queso was the best ever! Was disappointed in my meal, I ordered the braised shirt rib birria. It's was ok, meat wasn't tender and it wasn't birria to me, no consommé. The dessert, churro ice cream sandwich was amazing.

The hostess was the best, checked us in and seated us rightaway. All staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great food and awesome service. The drinks were amazing too! I even got an offer for a free drink after the visit. A great place to watch sports too.

Great meal, as always! The Mahi-mahi fajitas are our favorite! The salsa was extra tasty this time. Wish they had flavored margaritas or even frozen ones—maybe one day!

Food variety is excellent and all members of our party was able to enjoy what they wanted.

Food and margarita was very good. Our server was great (I wish I could remember her name). I was so cold she even offered to bring me a cup of hot water to hold to warm me up!!!!

Our dinner experience at Borracho was fabulous. Service was great. Food was great. Everyone was friendly highly recommend! 

Very expensive and mediocre food. Is there a shortage of cheese for naked enchiladas and oversupply of peppers and onions with everything? Piece os steak and rice w more peppers $33

For the second time they sat my husband and I at a small table for 2 near the kitchen. The space between our table and the next was so small the staff had to turn sideways to get between. The flow of staff was constant due to the location of the table. It felt cramped and hectic. The people at the table next to us were talking loudly. They should just take that table completely out or at least ask people if they are OK sitting there. We eat here all the time and although the food is good, the ambiance was poor. We are locals in Henderson and had a reservation. Not sure if I'll go back.

Seriously the very best in food, service and atmosphere!!!

We will be back!!!
