What an incredible experience at Boracha Mexican Cantina! I’ve been to plenty of spots, but this one truly stands out. Dominic the manager, was outstanding—professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. You can really tell he cares about the guest experience.

Boracha Mexican Cantina absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. A huge shoutout to Dominic, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference.

Also, Avery, our server, was an absolute delight—friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. The food was fantastic, the vibe was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. This place knows how to treat its guests, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

If you are staying at the strip, this is worth the trip. We went for the all you can eat tacos and tequila Tuesday special and the margaritas were fantastic as was the service.

Service was slow but food was delicious. Affordable and lots of options

We went here for the first time tonight because we weren’t able to get into Hanks.

The chips and salsa were delicious, The rest of the food was terrible.

We ordered the Carne Asada street tacos- The meat was mealie and dry- we sent them back

Chicken taquitos - had no flavor - The guacamole was so bland- You couldn’t taste anything but the oil and the shell - we sent them back

Guacamole - Had no flavor, We added salt and that didn’t help.

Cheese enchilada - Bland and flavorless, I ate it because I was hungry.

The margarita was delicious, Our waiter was fantastic.

We love Mexican food, We are blessed with wonderful Mexican food in San Diego. This food is not good- We won’t be back.

I am giving this place 5 stars not only because of the Taco Tuesday deal but it was out waitress Mia. She was amazing. She had great energy, knowledgeable and super sweet. I would go back just to hang out with her. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time.

I got to go to their all you can eat taco Tuesday. You were able to try both chicken and steak tacos and then choose which one to keep eating. You also got to have all you can drink Margheritas. The service was quick and good.

Ordered pork carnitas with rice and beans. Tacos had tons of flavor but were slightly dry. Rice was disappointing. Beans were good.

Had an amazing dining experience at Borracha! Our server, Sandra was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
A big shoutout to the manager Dominic , who checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our experience. It’s clear they run a fantastic team and truly care about their guests. Highly recommend!

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. Kayla the host was really welcoming and sweet. All the staff were really nice, the food is excellent! The manager even was super nice Dom.

This place is so good. 😊 The service is fantastic. The drinks are well made. The chips are fresh and the dip is yummy. They care about plated presentation and flavor. The music is a bit loud so not great for conversation. So being someone you don’t want to talk to. 😇

I was there a few days ago and was not disappointed at all. Food was great as always and employees were on top of everything we needed. I was so happy to see that my favorite hostess Kayla was working again. She had a great smile on her face as we walked in. She greeted us with a smile and got us a good table. She’s a great young lady she’s a keeper. To have someone with such manners deserves a raise in my opinion.. thank you and we will be returning.

Yes please. Every time We come here, the food is amazing. Every. Single. Time. We’ve been visiting for about 2 years now and have never been disappointed. It’s only gotten better with time. BlackBerry margaritas? Yes. Chicken tortilla soup? All day long. Try the queso. Try the tacos. The chicken and beans are amazing. And for the love of all things delicious, come back and try new things.
