Within the heart of Green Valley Las Vegas, lies Bottiglia Cocina, an incredible charming and romantic Italian experience. Fresh and delectable Italian staples await to charm and impress your palette. I came for a romantic getaway with my fiancé, and we very much enjoyed our time together at Bottiglia. The pastas we had were some of the best we can remember enjoying in recent memory. But the stand out main attraction I can say with certainty was our waiter. In a restaurant that feels like it’s filled with welcoming and warm staff, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by an incredibly charming and knowledgeable gentlemen by the name of Kyle. His attentive and kind service will stand out in my mind as the pinnacle all restaurant staff should strive to meet. Kyle welcomed us so warmly It felt like being reunited with an old and cherished friend. His knowledge and enthusiasm lit up the room more than a million candles. And his presence could be felt pervading the entire restaurant. I would return here just for Kyle, but the food and drinks were also superb, just heightened for him having served them. 10/10

We had our Galentines dinner recently and the food was amazing. The service was excellent the environment was soo nice. A beautiful place who ever is managing the restaurant is doing a phenomenal job

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is always wonderful, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The music is good, and the service is always friendly. But most of all, the atmosphere and food is what is what I love most. Oh, and the chocolate shoe (yes, chocolate shoe) is really something! If you haven't tried it already, DO!

I cannot believe this was a new find for us. The ambiance is fantastic. The cocktails are on point and the wood-fired octopus is to die for. We loved all of our entrees and know that we will be returning to further explore the menu.

It was pretty loud and hard to talk across the table. The food was good, a bit pricey. We saw the patio when we came in and we were intrigued by the patio ambiance! We will definitely be back to try the outdoor dining area.

I am local and chose Bottiglia for a birthday dinner. The seating was with a welcoming hostess and on time. The table placement was as requested. The food was excellent as was the waitstaff. It was a nice atmosphere but the music was too loud for easy conversation. The style of music was too club like for upscale dining. The complimentary dessert for this birthday celebration was a nice surprise. I will gladly return and recommend Bottiglia.

Service was challenging and not what I expected for brunch at 1:30pm. I was challenging you to get a hold of my waiter, and when I asked for a black pepper for my Caesar salad and caprese salad, I was brought a black pepper shaker, but the table next to me with a different waiter had him actually do the ground black pepper on his salad, so I wondered why I just got the shaker instead of the server doing it... Also didn't get any bread offered or served, but the table next to me did... Cesar salad was overdressed, but great flavor, the meatballs were good, the tiramisu lady fingers dish was good, but the duo didn't swrce well. Lastly the chicken piccata was decent. Ambience was great!

The server made the experience! Bit that is always the case. Kudos to the chefs as well. Always delicious!!

I was very shocked to come out of the bathroom stall (enclosed room) to see a line of MEN waiting inside the restroom! This restaurant has a both gender restroom which was extremely disconcerting and upsetting. That completely ruined an otherwise nice meal. We will never dine here again unless they go back to separate restrooms.

Our Server Julian was fantastic!! He was very attentive and was a joy to be around. Great service and friendly faces!! Absolutely will be coming back...especially for the $5 Martini Thursday's!!!

This has become the spot I book whwn my sister comes to town. We laugh, we chat, we eat, we drink. The consistency of the food and service are why I come back!

4 speciality drinks and one beer.
I looked around and everyone at the bar had this delicious looking bread but nobody at the bar offered me, asked me or brought me any.
When I asked I was told, well…. You need to tell us that you want bread. WHAT??? That’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

Nice atmosphere, took 15+ min to get seated with reservation, 10+ min for menu, another 15+ to get our waters filled. For alll that waiting you would think the food would be amazing! Nah, hard pass. Nothing has flavor.

If you like bad food, this the place for you..Everything is vinegrette tasting. Oh by the way, they charge you a service charge because they hire a 3rd party vendor to seat you, approx $10.00 per person. And we came with a large party for their BUY one entree get one free. Well, they took all the highest priced items, weather you and your partner ordered that high priced item and charged your bill in that fashion, weather you liked it or not...The excuse...the prefixed Tip of 18% was not high enough
