Terrible service. Back in the back this place use to be cool but the service sucks and they like push you out. I’m sitting at the bar trying to order a drink took 5-10 minutes, had that one went to order another the bartender asked if I was going to play a machine I said no just have some drinks and she cashed me out. They’re are two people in here like seems like they could use the business but guess not.

I came to this bar for the first time last night and I will definitely be back. Adriana was my bartender and she gave such great service. She walked me through everything since it was my first time. Showed me the different machines available and the different games they have. I will definitely be coming back on her shifts. The decor is super eclectic. Definitely reminiscent of something you would see in New Orleans.

When I arrived here, I was ringing the doorbelt repeatedly with no response. Since there's like five of the different dotties' casinos in a row here I went over to the one next door and accessed bourbon street through a side door. Once I was in there, they informed me that there was no person on duty in there. So I would have to come into the other casino, if I wanted anything.
I was the only person in there, which I really didn't mind.
When I was leaving, there was two girls at the counter and doing something, and I went up to try and catch my ticket, and they wouldn't help me. They said I had to go next door. On top of that, I didn't win.So of course, I was a little annoyed.
I haven't given up on bourbon street yet though.I'm gonna get a jackpot here. One day.
• Only 15 gaming machines , about 8 on the floor and the rest are bar tops
• 1 pool table
• 3 pinball machines
• lounge area with big screen projectors
• Bartenders are very mediocre! Alex however, is a sweetheart with great customer service!

My favorite hangout. I love it here almost smoke free, perfect ventilation. Wish I could work here. Thanks for letting Tiffany Ai hang out when she can.
Dietary restrictions: DAIRY FREE ITEMS
Kid-friendliness: Kids should be able to eat there and have their own arcade.

Before you come here learn a lil bit of math. If you want a place to play pinball it's perfect??! If you want to gamble ?DONT GAMBLE HERE!!? All payouts are cut in half from every other bar/ gaming establishment. Played 3 machines ($140) didn't get more than a 3 spot out of 7-8. Half speed when keno balls come out. The owners want old people that don't know, know better to spend there Social Security checks here. ?????

This used to be a great location. Now between the gang members and bad bar tenders it has gone down. I went in around 6PM just to get a Red bull and see if the playoffs were on (which they never seem to have on). After handing the young lady at the front my license to verify my age, after I reached for it, she purposely placed it on the dirty counter. She was rude and arrogant. The fat guy that you have there now isn't much better. Your HR is killing this location.

I used to come in 3-4 times a week. I play a good amount of money here. However in the recent months, the staff has changed. I came in after work, for a drink and chill out for a second. But ultimately, I played $50 without anyone acknowledging that I was there, let alone offering something to drink. Mind you 2 of the employees were too busy flirting behind the counter, and 3rd employee walked right passed me not saying a word. I would not recommend going here if you expect any kind of service. I certainly will not be returning to any Bourbon Street location.

When I arrived I was the only customer, started gambling...... no one ever came to attend to me even though I'm seated at the bar. Eventually I went to them to order food and place a drink order after 15mins of waiting, meanwhile there's two employees working and a third showed up. Gumbo was decent, served in plastic bowls and with plastic utensils. I continued to gamble, was again never attended to. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Favorite place to gamble and chill
They have never reopened their games, and when we called the person who answered the phone said they will never be running again. That was the only appeal for that place.
Place smells old like dirty carpet and smoke. Circus circus or Rio? Food is exceptionally mid. Ive had better in Marine Corps chow halls and field rations. The only redeming factor is the friendly staff and price of drinks. Id come here for the alcohol only.
