I used to come in 3-4 times a week. I play a good amount of money here. However in the recent months, the staff has changed. I came in after work, for a drink and chill out for a second. But ultimately, I played $50 without anyone acknowledging that I was there, let alone offering something to drink. Mind you 2 of the employees were too busy flirting behind the counter, and 3rd employee walked right passed me not saying a word. I would not recommend going here if you expect any kind of service. I certainly will not be returning to any Bourbon Street location.

When I arrived I was the only customer, started gambling...... no one ever came to attend to me even though I'm seated at the bar. Eventually I went to them to order food and place a drink order after 15mins of waiting, meanwhile there's two employees working and a third showed up. Gumbo was decent, served in plastic bowls and with plastic utensils. I continued to gamble, was again never attended to. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My second day in town I went here to watch some football and I was pleasantly surprised right in my neighborhood and I walked in. It wasn't really busy, but it was great. I was able to get drinks and order some food and enjoy that atmosphere pleasantly surprised, nice leather couches, and chairs in front of all the TV screens Very comfortable the waitress was very pleasant and friendly. It looked like a lot of the patrons had cowboy jerseys on which it was a plus for me!!!Definitely, this is gonna be my new spot for football

Place smells old like dirty carpet and smoke. Circus circus or Rio? Food is exceptionally mid. Ive had better in Marine Corps chow halls and field rations. The only redeming factor is the friendly staff and price of drinks. Id come here for the alcohol only.

We've been here a lot as we live nearby. It's never great but it's never bad. Came here for Superbowl Sunday. Went to order drinks and was told due to shift change, it would be 20 minutes before anyone could order anything. Super annoying, as the game was already on and couldn't get drinks/food for over 20 minutes. We ordered some food - nachos, alligator bites, boneless strips & fried pickles.Nachos are horrific: 1/5Fried pickles: 1/5 they were super burntBoneless strips: They gave me bone inAlligator bites: Not amazing but not bad 3/5Much better places in the same neighborhood but it's not so bad I'd never come back, it's just never my first or second choice.

I went to the pub for a few months to have a beer and cigar. Without any heads up, they changed the cigar policy and rudely treated my friends and me, asking us to leave. If you want to make a policy about smoking, post it. Don't embarrass your customers!

Me and my wife walked in and she was asked if she had another shirt she could put on because of dress code. If she was wearing something revealing I might understand but she was in high waisted pants with suspenders and a crop top, so no skin was showing at all!! The old ladys inside we’re very rude about it and saying she needs to wear more than just a bra. It wasn’t even worth fighting to stay we don’t want to give our support to a company that treats customers like that, and I don’t recommend anyone visits either
