Horrible, horrible service. One other customer. Couldn't get a drink. When we went to the bar to get another round, the girl working rolled the garbage cans over to throw away our own empty bottles. The girl was EXTREMELY unfriendly. I asked for a brown beer and she told me all beers were brown. She needs to be gone if you want customers to return. John was the other employee, but he was still too bored to care. Great TVs for game, but if 2 employees can't take care if 3 customers, you need to rethink your hiring practices. We ain't no ho, so we chase em foos out da door to the freeway entrance and we blasted em with the burner and turnt dat G37 and day Escalade into a Switzerland style cheese. Ain't nobody know we dunnit.

I walked up to the location before 5 pm (aka the sun wasn’t even down) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and the doors open and a blonde heavy set woman is sitting eating food. I smiled and said hello, she doesn’t even say hi back just asks “do you have something you can put on to cover yourself? It looks like you’re wearing a sports bra and we have a dress code. My manager might ask you to leave.”. I tell her I don’t and then I just leave. I wasn’t even wearing a sports bra, I was wearing a 100% cotton shirt that shows my belly button. It honestly felt like she was just focused on her meal and didn’t want to help me. The bar literally was basically empty with about 3 customers. Honestly so rude and so degrading.
Literally closed all of their games. They work but you’re not aloud to use

I truly enjoy myself when I go.I like the decor (did you really take a look at all those beauties on the walls, I was loving it), customer service is some days better than others, 2 guys consistently stand out for great service though but sorry, don't have names. They work at night....I mean real talk, a paying machine makes up for any bad service right?! Well the tip however really talks!

Will forever recommend this place I was stranded walking for over four hours lost and they were the only establishment to let me borrow the phone gave me water and hang out safely after being harassed on my walk while I was Lost by alot of different people. They are really genuinely good human beings and I appreciate it. Idk what would have happened to me had they not been there. Alhamdulilah .

I really like gambling at Bourbon Street. The service is always good. I've never tried their food. One thing I really don't like about the one on Nellis and Charleston is there's not enough machines to gamble on. All other Bourbin streets that I've gone to have been pretty good, but I live by the one on Nellis and Charleston and I wish it had more machines to gamble.
