The omelet I got had very little cheese 😒. The ham, green peppers and onions were diced very small, which I liked. The potatoes were unseasoned. Very plain. The restaurant was clean, but the ketchup was empty, maybe a tablespoon left, the honey bottle was covered with honey on the inside of the flip lid. I did have to ask for it twice as well as for water. With that said, I was full and will try it again.

I’m a little disappointed on how I left here today. While the food was good for the most part, I was never offered a refill on my coffee however, I did notice the server refilled the coffee cup of the table next to us.
The only person that came to check on us was the manager while doing her check in rounds of all the tables.
My other concern was that while waiting for my bill the server brought out a mobile system for me to be able to pay. I understand technology can be difficult sometimes and I was okay with the server taking my card to charge it at the register up front. However, The server then comes back to tell me that the mobile machine did in fact work and that she had charged my card. She then proceeds to give me my original receipt which I thought was odd because out of all places I have gone to, I always have to sign and add a tip quantity. So I left with a hunch and when I got to my car I decided to check my bank statement and to my surprise I was charged 20% tip that I did not authorize or sign. So I went back in and spoke to the manager on duty to let her know what happened. She mentioned that their system was having issues and took my phone number to let me know when she had called the company to give me a refund of the unauthorized tip. I have yet to receive a call which is fine because this happened about 2 hours ago so I’ll keep waiting on that.

The manager got a hold of me and took care of the situation.

Came in and ordered medium steak and eggs , steak was very small plus overcooked,had to wave the bus person down to get a coffee refill also took like 20 minutes to just get a bottle of a1 sauce , steak was very low quality no beef flavor just plain plus overcooked and tough,the service was not there got our bill faster then we could get a coffee refill do . for the price honestly I think any other place would be better I wouldn't not return or would recommend this place at all

Need more options to customize online orders for pickup. I was unable to have cheese added to my scrambled eggs. Very thankful they accommodated when I arrived for pickup.

Went here with my son. Was very disappointed. Ordered a build your own omelet. Was not real bacon instead bacon bits. Worse omelet i have eaten.

There was a hair in my chicken fried steak, it was mixed into the fried batter. (I have a pic)

I ordered over medium eggs, they came undercooked, the egg whites were still runny and gooey. Gross.

Tried calling them, just to have their business line go straight to voicemail.

There's a ton of great breakfast spots around this part of town. Id avoid this place at all costs.

The best place for tasty meals. Food is cooked very well. The best sweet potato fries I ever had. Thanks for the espresso machine. Coffee is really good and strong.
