“The saving grace for our dinner trip was our waiter, Jordan. Let me explain. This was our 2nd trip to this location, so I was full on ready for horrible service & ok food. Why did we go, because my husband loves BWW! 1st time was not good, at all! This time around, seating service was the same, not great! Waiter Jordan was very attentive & that for me saved the day! Food was good, not amazing but good. The place was dull, not dirty, but seemed dark & dingy. We might be back, but it's definitely a last min pick kind of place!“
“Stopped here for a birthday and had the best customer service. We accidentally ordered some extra wings to go from the wrong location but management went above and beyond to correct our mistakes and provided impeccable customer service. Thank you to the staff and manager on duty“
“Food was amazing!! Was a little spicy but obviously since I got the mild wings and orange chicken. They had a lot of TVs in there so it was easy to watch any sports I wanted. Our server “Q” was amazing!!! He was so kind and funny!!
