Buffalo Wild Wings

Last evening my husband and I got 15 wings with sauces and carrots and celery. The wings were very dry and the carrots and celery, well there were 2 pieces of celery and five mini carrots. The quality of the particular BWW is continually declining.

My portion was 1/2 of what it was a few months ago. I was missing sauces with my meal. I didn’t get checked up on at all and I didn’t get any refills. I will be finding a new place to go.

Went in tonight on 2/22 all the food I got looked like it was sitting out . Been to other locations and food has NEVER been this bad

I had so many points and never used them and now it's half of what I had!

This place is always a miss. How do you forget my order, then when I call, i’m promised a refund for that half of my order, then it never happens, I call to confirm the refund and the manager denies it. Come on. Terrible service dining in and ordering for pick up. I drive the extra 20 minutes to go to another location. This place is not it

Literally stand in there the girls don't even acknowledge your presence. They don't start your order until you walk in for an online order. Literally the worst experience at a buffalo wild wings in the nation. I would only recommend this location to people i don't like. Wasted 30 minutes of my life to get an unsatisfactory answer on a refund.

Disappointment. I beat the blazing challenge and didn't even get a free beer. Used to get your food free and a T-shirt. Now nothing.

In Boise Idaho they have a pulled pork sandwich that is outrageously good . They really should think about bringing that down here to

Absolutely one of the worst experiences with take out. Sat for another 20 minutes after arriving. Fellow food delivery drivers came in with the same issue. One direct customer pickup had to be looked for.

The saving grace for our dinner trip was our waiter, Jordan. Let me explain. This was our 2nd trip to this location, so I was full on ready for horrible service & ok food. Why did we go, because my husband loves BWW! 1st time was not good, at all! This time around, seating service was the same, not great! Waiter Jordan was very attentive & that for me saved the day! Food was good, not amazing but good. The place was dull, not dirty, but seemed dark & dingy. We might be back, but it's definitely a last min pick kind of place!

Finally tried this place. The food was exceptional. Was not expecting the quality of the food or the friendly staff. Thanks and we will be back, hungry for more.

Oct. 2024 edit - once again I'm getting food here and I couldn't find a way to get something and I called the location and Helena answered and was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. It is service like this that keeps me coming back.

My husband had ordered a 10 piece traditional wings without any bbq sauce but unfortunately when it was ready there was bbq sauce all over the chicken. The bbq sauce is so spicy he can't enjoy it. This has happened a few times but this the last we will visit this establishment.

Fire that manager not even a part of the restaurant and I'm so tired of the servers at this place doing it all its disrespectful on the highest level make someone do 3 jobs and pay them for only one it should be illegal shame on management on Buffalo Wild Wings and shame on the unorganized establishment
