Our experience here suckedddd. Our waiter was Elijah was terrible at customer service. Didn’t check on us once. Had other people waiting without taking their orders for 20 minutes plus. He messed up our order and then took 30 minutes to get our check, but his coworker had to get his attention to even notice us lol. Don’t waste your time on it this place.

Chicken fingers were totally freezer burn Chicken wing had hair wrapped around it Brinks did not come until the end and then they mix the tickets up and so somebody else's tickets or on our ticket The service was not good Will not go back to that buffalo wings ever again

The last 3 times I've ordered delivery the order has been completely wrong. But we dealt with it as this can happen with delivery. Tonight, ordered delivery, the order came but missing items (thankfully refunded) but the quality was just terrible. Needless to say I don't know what happened, buffalo wild wings used to be the spot, better than the rest in my opinion. However, with the quality lately it's just unacceptable for the amount paid. Delivery or in house it should be the same. The boneless chicken was way overdone, the chicken itself was burnt. The sauce for the traditional wings were off and the traditional wings were super greasy. Just highly disappointed. I always "try again" cause it could just be a "bad serving night" but this is the 4th delivery gone terribly wrong and I just wanted to share in hopes it changes, but will not be ordering again. Thank you for your time in reading this message. **Side note, delivery driver was great and communicated thank you**

Boneless wings were mainly breading and very small. Fries were also cold, so it just overall tasted gross. I will not be returning. Girl who gave me my order when I asked to purchase a drink she seemed bothered by me asking like she was too busy to assist. We went around 4pm. First time going snd my very last time.

I see that they remodeled the place but the service is still shitty and the floors are always dirty. Came in last Friday around 9pm & there was no wait time. There were like 2 servers which is not new. They are slow and inconsistent. The floors always have puddles & food. It’s just always dirty and not pleasant to look at while eating. The wings were over cooked and super hard, barely had meat on them, and you can see fried little pieces of feathers sticking out of the wings which was unappealing. Instead of worrying about remodeling the place, I would worry about the staff and the kitchen…
