Took over 30 minutes for food to come out and when it did come the fries tasted like they had been sitting forever. My “wet” sauce wings were dry that’s how long it looked like they were sitting. Would never go back there again! Instantly felt sick eating the food!

Trust the reviews. I didn’t and regret it now. If you walk-in, expect to wait 30-45 minutes even if there are empty tables because servers call out due to not making enough money to make it worth showing up for their shifts.
If you order to pick-up, your order will NOT be ready on time. I waited 30 minutes for 2 orders of chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were rubbery and tough to chew, and the fries were so stale I couldn’t eat them.
Such a shame because BWW used to be the best sports bar out there and unfortunately, they took a nose dive in quality and service.

Every time my husband and I order takeout from this location, the wait times are consistently unreasonable. Even when the restaurant isn’t busy, we’re told our order will take around 10 minutes, but we regularly end up waiting 30–45 minutes. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability from management. They frequently walk to the front, see multiple customers waiting, and say nothing - no updates, no apologies, no effort to make things right. It feels like they’re completely disengaged from what’s happening in their own store.
Tonight was no different. My husband pointed out that management came to the front, looked around, and then walked right back without speaking to anyone. It’s incredibly disappointing to see the same issues every single visit. This location needs SERIOUS improvement in leadership, communication, and customer service.
And before anyone replies with the standard “Please fill out a form at our website so we can address this with our team,” I’ve already done that. So please, actually address it with your team. I’m including this here so we can skip the copy-and-paste corporate response and maybe finally see some improvements at this location. Thanks.

Wings came out cold and lemon pepper never has seasoning. So if you order lemon pepper dry rub you basically will always get plain Wings because all the seasoning falls right off

We ate here for the first time today. Our server was nice but we spent over an hour and a half in there to just have lunch for two people. When we asked for the check he asked for my phone number for their rewards program then disappeared for another 15 minutes until I flagged him down. The cheese curds were badly burnt and the boneless wings and fries came out cold. My wife’s patty melt was the only good thing. I felt sick for several hours after we left. I can’t see us going back.

Online order said it would be ready by 5:50. It is 6:20 and still not ready. Haven't ordered from here for a couple of years because the last time they messed up the order. Should have learned my lesson.
I ordered the beer cheesesteak without American Cheese, but with the beer cheese as well as chips & salsa. The sandwich was missing the beer cheese, which is what I was excited to try. My sandwich was packed in a box with the chips on top, and a small salsa container next to the sandwich. My husband had picked our orders up, and thought the sandwich was missing because it was hidden by the chips. The chips should have been in their own container, because when my husband got home with our orders, the chips were starting to be soggy from the heat from the sandwich meat. Everything tasted delicious as usual, but I think from now on I won’t do take out to ensure I’m getting what I ordered in house. My next visit I’ll try the beer cheesesteak again.

I ordered on line and got a pick up time of 5:00. I waiting for my food along with 8 other people. Finally received our order at 5:20. I looked to make sure we got two burgers, a fry, wedges and 2 sodas. Looked correct until we opened the actual products. We ordered 2 DOUBLE cheese burgers, 1 fry, 1 wedges, 1dr. Pepper, 1 Pepsi. What we got was 2 dr. Peppers no Pepsi, a child’s cheeseburger (no fixing), a single cheese burger WITH fixings. Fries were rubbery and cold as if they were sitting for a while which is weird considering my order wasn’t even ready when I got there. Wedges were decent. It takes only 5 sec. To double check an order b4 handed to the customer and I feel it was just thrown together. BECCA was the name on the survey sticker so I am assuming she prepared our order. I’ll be picking another place from now on when I want a burger dinner. I was looking forward to the order we placed but ended up disappointed and dissatisfied.

Everything came as expected . Ordered on Uber eats so knew my food would be a little cold. But was surprised due my experiences at other BWW. Seen a lot of negative reviews about this location . Mind you this is one of my best experiences ordering at BWW.

Horrible experience, online ordered the boneless Thursday Bogo spent $40 wasted dollars. Ordered online at 5:40pm said it would he ready at 6:00pm. Went in at 5:50 to wait. One girl working counter saw countless large orders go out had to ask her at 6:10 where is my food... oh we're getting it meanwhile manager just walking around watching TV, employees cussing. Finally got my food at 6:30pm! Got home food is DRY chicken was so dry, wedges were sitting for god knows how long, no sauces labeled. Called to speak to manager he (Robert) was very rude kept saying the phone is cutting out yelled at me and hung up. Don't waste your time and money company is going down hill fast especially those location with their horrible employees.
