They are struggling with staffing right now, but we waited 10 minutes just to be greeted. Meanwhile, I saw two staff members standing in the corner talking. Guests just aren't the priority.
I came in to take advantage of my birthday "6 free wings" offer, and the person who took my order, Nyala, was great. I explained what I wanted (6 traditional spicy garlic wings and potato wedges w/extra ranch sauce), and Nyala said she'd take care of it, and if I completed this survey, I could get either a free drink or dessert. Ok fine...did the survey and gave an awesome review. She said it'd be about 10 min, so I went and did something else and came back.

Stopped here for a birthday and had the best customer service. We accidentally ordered some extra wings to go from the wrong location but management went above and beyond to correct our mistakes and provided impeccable customer service. Thank you to the staff and manager on duty
